【摘要】：地方高校促進(jìn)教育文化發(fā)展的社會行為是高校辦學(xué)的社會性質(zhì)。地方教育文化發(fā)展很大程度上依托地方高校對中小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行繼續(xù)教育的社會行為,而其要成為地方教育文化發(fā)展的助推器,必須建立融合普通教育資源、結(jié)合教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的社會行為平臺,實(shí)現(xiàn)普通教育與繼續(xù)教育資源配置的一體化;借助學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè),與政府機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)動(dòng),創(chuàng)新社會行為的職能和方式。
[Abstract]:The social behavior of promoting the development of education culture in local colleges and universities is the social nature of running schools. The development of local education culture largely depends on the social behavior of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers in local colleges and universities. In order to become the booster of the development of local education culture, it is necessary to establish a social behavior platform that integrates the general education resources and the teaching links and the practical links, so as to realize the integration of the general education and the continuing education resources allocation. With the help of discipline and specialty construction, and government agencies, innovation of social behavior functions and methods.
