【摘要】：近年來,隨著高等教育的發(fā)展,國內(nèi)高校的數(shù)量逐漸增加、規(guī)模不斷擴大,但與此同時,如何促進各高校的發(fā)展成為了一個急需解決的問題.本文運用統(tǒng)計分析的方法對國內(nèi)高校理工類科技數(shù)據(jù)進行了統(tǒng)計分析,得到了國內(nèi)高校理工科發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的統(tǒng)計結(jié)果,可以為政府部門的決策提供參考. 首先,運用描述性統(tǒng)計方法得到了從2004年到2009年6年來全國各省部分高校理工類科技數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計圖形,對各省高校的發(fā)展進行了總體分析；其次,應(yīng)用因子分析的理論對我國各省高校理工類科技數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,得到了6年來各省高校理工科科研情況的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r排名,然后運用聚類分析方法對排名結(jié)果進行聚類分析,將各省高校的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分為三類,并應(yīng)用回歸分析的方法建立了各省高校綜合成果與經(jīng)費投入和科研人員投入之間的回歸模型；最后,對黑龍江省內(nèi)各高校的理工類科技數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用上面的方法進行了統(tǒng)計分析,得到黑龍江省高校發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的統(tǒng)計結(jié)果.
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of higher education, the number and scale of domestic colleges and universities have gradually increased, but at the same time, How to promote the development of colleges and universities has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper makes a statistical analysis of the scientific and technological data of domestic universities and colleges by means of statistical analysis, and obtains the statistical results of the present situation of the development of science and engineering subjects in domestic colleges and universities. It can be used as a reference for government decision-making. First of all, using descriptive statistical method to obtain the statistical figures of science and technology data of some universities and colleges in China during the past 6 years from 2004 to 2009, and analyze the development of colleges and universities in each province as a whole. Based on the theory of factor analysis, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the scientific and technological data of universities and colleges in our country, and obtains the status of scientific research in colleges and universities in the past 6 years, and then uses the method of cluster analysis to analyze the results of the ranking. The development of universities and colleges in each province is divided into three categories, and the regression model between the comprehensive results of colleges and universities, the investment of funds and the input of scientific research personnel is established by the method of regression analysis. This paper makes a statistical analysis on the application of the above methods to the scientific and technological data of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, and obtains the statistical results of the development of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.
