【摘要】：面向世界培養(yǎng)卓越工程師是"卓越計劃"的一項重要歷史使命,需要所有參與高校的重視和實施。本文試圖系統(tǒng)地討論和研究面向世界培養(yǎng)卓越工程師這一重要專題,包括這項使命的重要性、卓越工程師培養(yǎng)定位、構(gòu)建國際化的課程體系、采取國際化的教學(xué)方式、改革外語教學(xué)、建立國際化的教師隊伍、實施多模式國際合作辦學(xué)、開展國際化產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作教育、開展廣泛的國際交流、營造國際化的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、國際化中的民族性和本校特色等11個方面,以期為"卓越計劃"參與高校開展面向世界培養(yǎng)卓越工程師的工作提供建議和參考。
[Abstract]:Training outstanding engineers for the world is an important historical mission of the "Excellence Plan", which requires the attention and implementation of all participating colleges and universities. This paper attempts to systematically discuss and study the important topic of training outstanding engineers for the world. Including the importance of this mission, the orientation of the training of outstanding engineers, the construction of an international curriculum system, the adoption of international teaching methods, the reform of foreign language teaching, the establishment of an international team of teachers, and the implementation of multi-mode international cooperation in running schools. To carry out international industry-university-research cooperation education, carry out extensive international exchanges, create an international learning environment, internationalize the national character and the characteristics of our school, and so on. The aim is to provide advice and reference for participating colleges and universities in the work of training outstanding engineers for the world.
