跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)科研中研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)探究

【摘要】:隨著跨學(xué)科研究的開(kāi)展,跨學(xué)科科研團(tuán)隊(duì)也在不斷地走向成熟。研究生的培養(yǎng)是跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)一個(gè)重要任務(wù)。跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)中研究生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,從微觀上看關(guān)系到團(tuán)隊(duì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從宏觀上看關(guān)系到未來(lái)國(guó)家的科研實(shí)力。如何增強(qiáng)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)中研究生的科研能力,如何滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)對(duì)應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型高層次人才的需求是擺在我們面前的重要問(wèn)題。本文基于相關(guān)研究成果,結(jié)合調(diào)查和案例分析,探討研究生科研能力構(gòu)成要素,研究影響跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)中研究生科研能力發(fā)展的因素,從而探索相應(yīng)的培養(yǎng)策略。 論文的第一、二章運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法總結(jié)了跨學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)研究的背景,研究生招生狀況與研究生嚴(yán)峻就業(yè)形勢(shì)以及在跨學(xué)科科研中研究生科研能力的培養(yǎng)的情況。同時(shí),對(duì)研究生科研能力、跨學(xué)科、高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行解釋和界定并論述有關(guān)跨學(xué)科科研團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)方面的相關(guān)研究與理論綜述。第三章主題是影響研究生科研能力的因素分析。 論文第四章的第一、二節(jié),從研究生的投入時(shí)間、精力、參與的活動(dòng)、與導(dǎo)師的交流等方面描述了作者實(shí)地調(diào)研的兩個(gè)跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)。這兩個(gè)個(gè)案研究呈現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前高校跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀的基本圖景,探討順暢運(yùn)行的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及影響研究生科研能力提升的因素。兩個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的大小不同、內(nèi)部管理方式不同(例如,其中一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)有嚴(yán)格的簽到制度);但是兩個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)都位于跨學(xué)科的大平臺(tái)之中,有著理想的跨學(xué)科交流環(huán)境,團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人學(xué)高身正,學(xué)生有著強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),積極自主地投入學(xué)習(xí)和科研;兩個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)都形成了積極互動(dòng)的師生關(guān)系、生生關(guān)系。從而,學(xué)生個(gè)人的內(nèi)因(追求知識(shí)的動(dòng)機(jī))與外因(良好的平臺(tái)環(huán)境和優(yōu)秀的導(dǎo)師)形成了良性互動(dòng),促進(jìn)研究生科研能力的提升。調(diào)研還發(fā)現(xiàn),在跨學(xué)科平臺(tái)中的學(xué)生管理存在著“三不管”現(xiàn)象,亟需加以改進(jìn)。第四章的后幾節(jié),作者比較研究了劍橋大學(xué)卡文迪什實(shí)驗(yàn)室、麻省理工學(xué)院計(jì)算與系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)平臺(tái)兩個(gè)國(guó)外著名的跨學(xué)科平臺(tái)培養(yǎng)研究生科研能力的情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)了較為類似的成功因素。 在前文論述基礎(chǔ)上,論文的最后一章探討了跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)中研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)和提升的策略。作者提出研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)的“七力組合模式”,這“七力”包含了“交叉力”(營(yíng)造更好的跨學(xué)科研究環(huán)境,拓展與挖掘跨學(xué)科的面與度)、“內(nèi)驅(qū)力”(培養(yǎng)與啟發(fā)研究生科研動(dòng)力與科研信念)、“保障力”(完善跨學(xué)科平臺(tái)研究生能力培養(yǎng)的“后勤服務(wù)”)等等。期望該模式能為跨學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)中研究生科研能力培養(yǎng)的理論研究與實(shí)踐工作的深入提供可資借鑒的素材。
[Abstract]:With the development of interdisciplinary research, the interdisciplinary research team is also continuously maturing. The cultivation of graduate students is an important task of the interdisciplinary team. From the micro point of view, it is related to the sustainable development of the team, the macroscopic view to the future national scientific research strength, how to strengthen the research ability of the graduate students in the interdisciplinary team, how to satisfy the economic and social applied type, The demand of complex high-level talents is an important problem in front of us. Based on the relevant research results, combined with investigation and case analysis, this paper discusses the constituent elements of graduate students' scientific research ability. This paper studies the factors that affect the development of graduate students' scientific research ability in cross-disciplinary teams, and explores the corresponding training strategies. The first and second chapters summarize the background of cross-disciplinary research team building, the situation of graduate enrollment and graduate students' severe employment, and the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research ability in interdisciplinary scientific research. Scientific research ability of graduate students, interdisciplinary, The related concepts such as scientific research team in colleges and universities are explained and defined, and the related research and theory on the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research ability by interdisciplinary scientific research team are discussed. The internal causes of students (motivation for pursuing knowledge) and external causes (good platform environment and excellent mentors) have formed a positive interaction, promoting the improvement of graduate students' scientific research ability. There is a "three no" phenomenon in student management in the interdisciplinary platform, which needs to be improved. In the latter sections of Chapter 4th, the author makes a comparative study of the Cavendish Laboratory of Cambridge University. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Computing and Systems Biology platform (MIT), two famous interdisciplinary platforms abroad, have found similar success factors in cultivating graduate students' scientific research ability. On the basis of the foregoing, In the last chapter of the thesis, the author discusses the strategies of cultivating and improving the research ability of graduate students in interdisciplinary teams. The author puts forward the "seven forces combination model", which includes the "cross force". A good interdisciplinary research environment, To expand and excavate the interdisciplinary aspects and degrees, "internal drive" (to cultivate and inspire graduate students' scientific research motivation and scientific research belief), "support power" (to perfect the "logistics service" of graduate students' ability training on interdisciplinary platform) and so on. It is expected that this model will be helpful to the development of graduate students' ability. The theoretical research and practical work of the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research ability in cross-disciplinary teams provide the material for reference.
