高校隱性德育課程的開(kāi)發(fā)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高校德育一直以來(lái)以顯性德育為主,并且在一段時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)揮了非常重要的作用,但是隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外社會(huì)環(huán)境的不斷發(fā)展和變化,影響大學(xué)生道德發(fā)展的因素也變得多元化,顯性德育的方式顯然難以抵御外界各種復(fù)雜因素的攻擊,顯性德育的實(shí)效性也隨之減弱。因此,高校有必要開(kāi)發(fā)顯性德育之外的德育課程,即高校隱性德育課程。它減少了“灌輸”,,增加了“滲透”,通過(guò)潛移默化地方式影響和引導(dǎo)著大學(xué)生的道德觀念形成,既增強(qiáng)了高校德育的實(shí)效性,又與顯性德育課程相結(jié)合完善了高校德育課程體系。 文章以不同層次的四所高校為調(diào)查對(duì)象,在對(duì)四所高校的隱性德育課程特征、功能及現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了高校隱性德育課程開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域及原則,并結(jié)合這些內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的高校隱性德育課程開(kāi)發(fā)。高校隱性德育課程的開(kāi)發(fā)主要集中在四個(gè)方面,即深度發(fā)掘高校顯性課程中的隱性德育課程、合理規(guī)劃高校物質(zhì)層面的隱性德育課程、充分完善高校組織層面的隱性德育課程及積極構(gòu)建高校精神文化層面的隱性德育課程,形成了一個(gè)完整的高校隱性德育課程體系,對(duì)于高校德育實(shí)效性的增強(qiáng)具有一定的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:Moral education in colleges and universities in China has always been dominated by explicit moral education, and has played a very important role in a period of time. However, with the continuous development and change of the social environment at home and abroad, the factors affecting the moral development of college students have also become diversified. The way of explicit moral education is obviously difficult to resist the attack of various external complex factors, and the effectiveness of explicit moral education is also weakened. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to develop moral education courses other than explicit moral education. It reduces "indoctrination", increases "penetration", influences and guides the formation of moral concept of college students in a subtle way, and enhances the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. Combining with the explicit moral education curriculum, it consummates the moral education curriculum system in colleges and universities. Based on the investigation of the characteristics, functions and current situation of the recessive moral education curriculum in four colleges and universities, this paper further analyzes the fields and principles of the development of the hidden moral education curriculum in colleges and universities. Combined with these contents, the author has carried on the comprehensive and systematic development of the hidden moral education curriculum in colleges and universities. The development of the hidden moral education curriculum in colleges and universities is mainly concentrated in four aspects, that is, to explore the recessive moral education curriculum in the explicit curriculum of colleges and universities in depth. The recessive moral education curriculum at the material level in colleges and universities should be rationally planned, the recessive moral education curriculum at the organizational level should be fully improved and the recessive moral education curriculum at the spiritual and cultural level of colleges and universities should be constructed actively, thus forming a complete hidden moral education curriculum system in colleges and universities. It has certain practical significance to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
