社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生思想政治教育的改進(jìn)方法研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)正處在由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)正在向現(xiàn)代化社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變。由普通本科高校按新機(jī)制、新模式與社會(huì)力量合辦的本科層次的獨(dú)立學(xué)院,從誕生起就處于激烈的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,同時(shí)其本身也有著辦學(xué)起點(diǎn)不高,資金相對(duì)匱乏,師資力量、管理水平、教學(xué)條件存在先天不足、學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)參差不齊、學(xué)生家庭教育失衡等問(wèn)題,加之獨(dú)立學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是本科應(yīng)用型人才,重視對(duì)學(xué)生專業(yè)素質(zhì)和應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng),,容易忽視對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),給轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作帶來(lái)巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 文章針對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生思想政治教育效果不明顯的現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)真分析了其形成原因及存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)性的提出改進(jìn)方法。全文包括緒論、論文主體及結(jié)論共三個(gè)部分。 第一章主要是對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期、獨(dú)立學(xué)院、學(xué)生思想政治教育等相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行界定和分析。 第二章主要是從思想教育、心理教育、政治教育等方面對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。 第三章主要是對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效途徑的探討。內(nèi)容從社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育的基本理念出發(fā),針對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題,提出了有針對(duì)性的解決措施,提高當(dāng)代獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的心理適應(yīng)能力和思想政治素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, China is in a period of transition from a planned economy to a socialist market economy, and the traditional Chinese society is changing to a modern society. The independent college at the undergraduate level, which is co-operated by the new model and social forces, has been in fierce social competition since its birth. At the same time, it also has a relatively low starting point for running a school, a relative lack of funds, teachers and management. There are some problems in teaching conditions, such as the diversity of students' comprehensive quality, the imbalance of students' family education and so on. In addition, the goal of cultivating talents in independent colleges is undergraduate applied talents, so we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' professional quality and applied ability. It is easy to ignore the cultivation of students' ideological and political quality, which brings great challenges to the ideological and political education of college students in the transition period. In view of the fact that the effect of ideological and political education of independent college students is not obvious in the period of social transformation, this paper analyzes the reasons for its formation and the existing problems, and puts forward some methods to improve it. The main body and conclusion of the paper are composed of three parts. The first chapter defines and analyzes the concepts of social transformation, independent college, ideological and political education of students and so on. The second chapter is mainly from the ideological education, psychological education, political education and other aspects of independent college students in social transformation of ideological and political education. The third chapter mainly discusses the effective ways of ideological and political education for the students of independent college in the period of social transformation. The content starts from the basic idea of ideological and political education of college students in the period of social transformation. In view of the problems existing in ideological and political education of college students in independent colleges during the period of social transformation, this paper puts forward targeted measures to improve the ability of psychological adaptation and ideological and political accomplishment of college students in contemporary independent colleges.
