【摘要】：隨著高招制度的不斷改革，近幾年擴招現(xiàn)象不斷出現(xiàn)，大學生入學機會越來越多。其中，對于有些高校在校生中女大學生的數(shù)目已經(jīng)大大的超過了男大學生的人數(shù)。由此可見對于女大學生的思想政治教育也迫在眉睫。女性的教育與國家的發(fā)展密切相關，女性素質的高低，會影響到一個國家的今天和明天。女大學生是女性中的一個特殊部分，她們憑借著在高等院校接受教育的優(yōu)勢，在社會的生活和發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。因此，對女大學生的教育問題，不僅可以提高全社會女性的整體素質，為婦女事業(yè)做出更多貢獻，同時也提高了全民族的素質，這是衡量社會進步的一個重要尺度。女性教育，不僅可以讓女學生清楚的認識自己，了解自己的生理和心理特點，正視與男性之間的差異，提高婚戀問題的處理能力等多方面都會有很大的幫助。同時，可以使女大學生作為女性群體的佼佼者，明確自己在社會中作為的新女性的責任，以激勵她們努力學習各種知識，加強意志力的磨練，提高她們的整體能力，來迎接社會多種檢驗，應對在人生歷程中所面對的各種挑戰(zhàn)。 馬克思主義婦女觀是馬克思理論體系的重要組成部分，它從俄國十月革命后傳入我國，經(jīng)歷了：傳播、確立、發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新階段，推動了我國婦女解放事業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是由于歷史局限性和封建思想的禁錮等多種影響，在女大學生思想政治教育方面也存在這多種問題，影響其實效性。本文以馬克思婦女觀為指導，針對女大學生的特殊性，對女大學生思想政治教育進行了探索，希望為高等院校思想政治教育管理的科學化提供方法和對策以增強其實效性，使女大學生思想政治教育工作更加規(guī)范，為高等院校思想政治教育管理實踐工作提供更多有效、切實可行的措施。 本文主要是分四個部分來討論馬克思婦女觀與女大學生思想政治教育實效性研究。第一個部分主要是相關概念及理論的綜述，，介紹了什么是馬克思主義婦女觀、馬克思主義婦女觀在我國的發(fā)展及在發(fā)展中所遇到的困境；介紹了對女大學生進行思想政治教育的原則和重要性；闡述了女大學生思想特征。第二部分主要是針對三所高校的女大學生思想政治教育狀況的調查問卷，分析了現(xiàn)階段女大學生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分則是針對女大學生思想政治教育實效性不高的原因分別從社會環(huán)境、高等院校、家庭因素和大學生自身因素四個方面進行了論述。第四個部分嘗試從社會環(huán)境、高校教育、家庭環(huán)境、女大學生自身角度和思想政治教育實效性評價機制五個方面論述了增強女大學生思想政治教育實效性的對策。本文通過對調研問卷的分析得出了女大學生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀，進而分析了目前影響女大學生思想政治教育實效性的各種因素，并找出了問題的根源，在此基礎上有針對性地探討了增強女大學生思想政治教育實效性的對策，對新時期如何提高女大學生思想政治教育實效性提出了自己的一些認識和看法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of the merit system in recent years, the phenomenon of expansion of emerging, more and more college students enrollment opportunities for female students. Among them, the number of some university students has greatly exceeded the number of male college students. Thus it is imminent for the ideological and political education. The treatment of female college students is closely related to the development of education and national women. The female qualities will affect a country's today and tomorrow. The female college students is a special part of women, women of the higher education with the advantage, play an important role in social life and development. Therefore, the education of female college students, not only can improve the overall quality of the whole society of women, and make more contributions to the cause of women, but also improve the quality of the whole nation, this is an important measure of social progress. Female education, not only can let the female students understand themselves, understand the physiological and psychological characteristics of their own, and to address differences between males, much to increase the treatment capacity of marriage problems, there will be a great help. At the same time, can be as a leader in women's female students, female clear himself as in the society the responsibility, to encourage them to learn all kinds of knowledge, strengthen willpower training, improve their ability, to meet the various social inspection, to tackle the various challenges faced in the course of life.
Marx's view of women is an important part of Marx's theory, it is in China, from the October revolution of Russia after experienced communication, establishment, development and innovation stage, promoting the development of the cause of women's Liberation in China. But because the detention and other historical limitations and the influence of feudal thought, in the aspect of female college students' ideological there are also many problems in political education, influence its effectiveness. Based on Marx's view, according to the particularity of female college students, explores the female college students' Ideological and political education, hope for the universities ideological and political education of scientific management methods and provide countermeasures to enhance the actual effect of Ideological and political education work. College students' servant more standardized, ideological and political education of colleges and universities management practice to provide more effective and feasible measures.
This paper is mainly divided into four parts to discuss the research of Marx's view on women and the effectiveness of female college students' Ideological and political education. The first part is the review of related concepts and theories, introduces what is Marx's view of women, Marx's view of women's development in our country and the difficulties encountered in the development of the principle; and the importance of Ideological and political education of female college students; ideological characteristics of female college students. The second part is the questionnaire for three colleges and universities in the status of female college students' Ideological and political education, analyzes the present situation of female college students' Ideological and political education at the present stage. The third part is the reasons for the low effectiveness of female college students' Ideological and political education from the social environment, colleges and universities, the four aspects of family factors and their own factors are discussed. The fourth part attempts from the society The environment, education, family environment, five aspects of female college students' Ideological and political education of the effectiveness of their own point of view and the evaluation mechanism discusses the countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of female college students. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire that female college students' Ideological and political education present situation, and then analyzes the various factors affecting the effectiveness of Ideological and political education the female college students, and find out the root of the problem, then discusses countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of female college students, ideological and political education and puts forward some views and opinions on how to improve their female university in the new period.
