【摘要】:第斯多惠(1790-1866)是德國(guó)教育家、19世紀(jì)中葉德國(guó)資產(chǎn)階級(jí)民主主義教育學(xué)的進(jìn)步代表人物。他從資產(chǎn)階級(jí)的利益出發(fā),猛烈抨擊封建的和宗教的德國(guó)教育,力倡全民的國(guó)民教育。第斯多惠被譽(yù)為“德國(guó)教師的教師”,《德國(guó)教師培養(yǎng)指南》是他的教育代表作。他的師范教育思想不僅為德國(guó)師范教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了杰出貢獻(xiàn),而且對(duì)全世界師范教育以及我國(guó)的教師教育改革發(fā)展也具有借鑒和啟發(fā)。本論文在研讀前人對(duì)第斯多惠的教育思想以及論著的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,就其師范教育思想進(jìn)行了較為全面、深入的研究。 引言部分,給出了選題緣由、做了核心概念的界定,并介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)第斯多惠教育思想的研究成果和現(xiàn)狀,提出了本論文的研究目的,并說(shuō)明了研究方法。 第一部分,介紹了第斯多惠師范教育思想的形成。第斯多惠所處的時(shí)代背景以及他本人的求學(xué)以及教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷都對(duì)他師范教育思想的形成有一定的影響,特別是《德國(guó)教師培養(yǎng)指南》和《萊茵教育雜志》的出版,最終形成了一套自己的理論體系。 第二部分,探討了第斯多惠師范教育思想的主要理論。包括教育觀、教學(xué)觀。 第三部分,該部分是本論文的主體部分,著重論述了第斯多惠師范教育思想的主要內(nèi)容。該部分主要包括兩點(diǎn):第一,介紹了第斯多惠對(duì)教師使命認(rèn)識(shí)、對(duì)教師自身應(yīng)具備的素養(yǎng)的要求等;第二,第斯多惠反對(duì)德國(guó)教育目的中存在的狹隘的民族主義傾向和濃厚的宗教色彩,提出“全人教育”的理想。他把“自動(dòng)性”視為人的發(fā)展的主觀基礎(chǔ),而以社會(huì)中的真、善、美為教育的客觀基礎(chǔ),認(rèn)為兩者結(jié)合才算是培養(yǎng)了“全人”。而“全人教育”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也是對(duì)教師培養(yǎng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 第四部分,主要論述了第斯多惠師范教育思想的影響以及意義,同時(shí)筆者就第斯多惠的師范教育思想進(jìn)行了較為客觀的評(píng)價(jià),并給出第斯多惠師范教育思想在我國(guó)教師教育的改革和發(fā)展方面的啟示。
[Abstract]:He was a German educator and representative of the progress of democratic pedagogy among the German bourgeoisie in the middle of the 19th century. He lashed out against feudal and religious German education in the interests of the bourgeoisie. Destohui was praised as "the teacher of German teachers" and the Guide to teacher training in Germany was his representative work of education. His teacher education thought not only made outstanding contributions to the development of teacher education in Germany, but also made great contributions to the development of teacher education in Germany. Moreover, it can be used for reference and enlighten the teachers' education in the world as well as the reform and development of teacher's education in our country. To its normal education thought has carried on the more comprehensive, the thorough research. In the preface, the author gives the reason of choosing the topic, defines the core concept, introduces the research results and present situation of the thought of Destopher education at home and abroad, puts forward the research purpose of this paper, and explains the research method. In the first part, it introduces the formation of Destohui's teacher education thought. The background of his age, his own study and his teaching practice all have certain influence on the formation of his normal education thought. In particular, the publication of German teacher training Guide and Rhine Education Journal formed its own theoretical system. In the second part, the author discusses the main theories of Teacher-education thought, including educational view and teaching view. The third part, which is the main part of this paper, focuses on the main content of the teacher education thought of Destohui. This part mainly includes two points: first, it introduces Destohui's understanding of teachers' mission. The demands on teachers' own qualities; second, Stapley opposed the narrow nationalist tendencies and strong religious colors in German educational purposes. He puts forward the ideal of "whole person education". He regards "automatism" as the subjective basis of human development, and regards the truth, goodness and beauty in society as the objective basis of education. The author thinks that the combination of the two can be regarded as the cultivation of "whole person", and the standard of "whole person education" is also the standard of teacher training. In the 4th part, I mainly discuss the influence and significance of Destohui's teacher education thought, and at the same time, I have carried on the objective appraisal to the teacher education thought of Destohui. The enlightenment of Destohui teacher education thought in the reform and development of teacher education in our country is also given.
