【摘要】：隨著信息時(shí)代的到來,知識(shí)在當(dāng)今社會(huì)的作用日益凸顯：從國家層級(jí)上面講,我們的政府提出了科教興國等政策；從個(gè)人角度而言,知識(shí)能夠改變命運(yùn)。然而,高等教育在知識(shí)的傳授過中扮演著舉足輕重的作用,隨著高等教育的普及,人們民主意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),高等教育的公平的問題引起了大家空前的關(guān)注。各式各樣的高等教育不公平現(xiàn)象應(yīng)該都與高等教育政策有著密切的關(guān)聯(lián),教育政策可以作為研究高等教育不公平的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。 本論文擬從政策角度出發(fā),采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法等,對(duì)新中國的高等教育各時(shí)期的政策的公平性進(jìn)行了整理和對(duì)比,并分析了這些政策引起的高等教育不公平現(xiàn)象,然后從政策角度提出了促進(jìn)中國高等教育公平的具體舉措。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the role of knowledge in today's society has become increasingly prominent: at the national level, our government has put forward policies such as revitalizing the country through science and education; from a personal point of view, knowledge can change destiny. Higher education plays an important role in the imparting of knowledge. With the popularization of higher education, people's democratic consciousness is strengthened. The issue of fairness in higher education has aroused unprecedented concern. All kinds of unfair phenomena in higher education should be closely related to higher education policies, which can be taken as the starting point for the study of unfairness in higher education. From the policy point of view, this paper uses the method of literature research and comparative analysis to sort out and compare the fairness of the policies of higher education in various periods of New China, and analyzes the unfair phenomenon of higher education caused by these policies. Then from the policy point of view to promote the equity of higher education in China specific measures.
