澳大利亞TAFE教育與大學(xué)教育銜接的路徑及啟示

【摘要】:正澳大利亞的職業(yè)教育有著100多年的歷史,歷經(jīng)不斷的發(fā)展與變革,20世紀(jì)70年代,開始逐漸建立起了以技術(shù)與繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院(TAFE)為主體的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系。特別是1995年頒布的具有里程碑意義的重要文件——澳大利亞資格框架(簡(jiǎn)稱AQF),和1998年建立的國(guó)家培訓(xùn)包(Training Package),大大地促進(jìn)了學(xué)習(xí)者在不同類型或?qū)哟蔚膶W(xué)習(xí)機(jī)構(gòu)間轉(zhuǎn)移,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各類教育和各層次教育間的相互銜接,使正規(guī)教育證書與非正規(guī)教育證書、學(xué)歷證書與職業(yè)資格證書能夠相互承認(rèn)和溝通,構(gòu)建起了完善的職業(yè)教育"立交橋"。中央技術(shù)學(xué)院(Central Institute of Technology,簡(jiǎn)稱CIT)與大學(xué)教育的銜接和溝通就是一個(gè)典型的案例。
[Abstract]:Vocational education in Australia has a history of more than 100 years and has undergone continuous development and transformation in 70s of the 20th century. Began to establish a modern vocational education system with TAFEs as the main body. In particular, the landmark important document, the Australian qualification Framework (AQFN), was promulgated in 1995 and established in 1998. The national training package greatly facilitates the transfer of learners between different types or levels of learning institutions, Achieving the interface between all types of education and all levels of education, so that formal and non-formal education certificates, academic qualifications and vocational qualifications can be recognized and communicated with each other, The connection and communication between Central Institute of Technology and university education is a typical case.
