【摘要】：人際交往觀,是指人們通過(guò)交往實(shí)踐所形成的一種穩(wěn)定的交往心理傾向和交往基本意圖。具體來(lái)講,人際交往觀就是人們對(duì)人際交往或人際關(guān)系的觀點(diǎn)、看法,是人們?cè)陂L(zhǎng)期的人際交往、處理人際關(guān)系過(guò)程中所形成的對(duì)人際交往立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)、態(tài)度的總和。人際交往觀實(shí)際上是一種評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和選擇尺度,引導(dǎo)著交往者的交往行為,從而影響交往效果。 時(shí)代背景與社會(huì)環(huán)境的變遷,決定了個(gè)體的人際交往觀也呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征。當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技飛速發(fā)展,“90”后大學(xué)生的人際交往觀也隨著自身閱歷增加逐步形成�！�90后”學(xué)生作為我國(guó)社會(huì)未來(lái)的中堅(jiān)力量,如何引導(dǎo)他們樹(shù)立科學(xué)、符合時(shí)代發(fā)展的人際交往觀,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的身心健康發(fā)展、成長(zhǎng)成才,是高校思想政治工作的新內(nèi)容,也是高校學(xué)生教育工作者面臨的新課題。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)交往及交往觀的內(nèi)涵界定,厘清人際交往在人的全面發(fā)展中的重要作用及人際交往觀對(duì)交往行為的影響,進(jìn)而掌握“90后”大學(xué)生人際交往現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題,提出形成科學(xué)人際交往觀和正確人際交往行為的對(duì)策和措施。
[Abstract]:The concept of interpersonal communication refers to a kind of stable psychological tendency and basic intention of communication formed by people through the practice of communication. Specifically, the view of interpersonal communication is the viewpoint of people on interpersonal communication or interpersonal relationship. It is the summation of the position, viewpoint and attitude of interpersonal communication formed in the process of dealing with the interpersonal relationship. In fact, the interpersonal communication view is a kind of evaluation standard and selection criterion, which guides the communicative behavior of the communicator. Thus affect the effect of communication. The background of the times and the changes of the social environment determine the different characteristics of individual interpersonal communication. With the rapid development of science and technology, the view of interpersonal communication of college students after "90" is gradually formed with the increase of their own experience. As the backbone of our society, how to guide them to set up a scientific view of interpersonal communication, which is in line with the development of the times, It is a new content of ideological and political work in colleges and universities to promote the development of college students' physical and mental health and to grow up and become talented. It is also a new subject faced by college students' educators. By defining the connotation of communication and communication view, this paper clarifies the important role of interpersonal communication in the overall development of human beings and the influence of interpersonal communication view on communicative behavior, and then grasps the present situation and existing problems of interpersonal communication among post-90s college students. The countermeasures and measures to form scientific interpersonal communication view and correct interpersonal communication behavior are put forward.
