【摘要】：大學生自我修養(yǎng)是建立在大學生自我意識基礎之上的一種自覺的活動形式,同時也是高校德育的一種重要方法。隨著社會現(xiàn)代化進程的不斷加快,對人的各方面素質(zhì)和能力要求逐漸提高,尤其是對人自我修養(yǎng)水平和能力的要求也在日益提高。然而,作為面向現(xiàn)代化、面向世界、面向未來的新一代的大學生,在自我修養(yǎng)方面出現(xiàn)了一些問題,如自我修養(yǎng)意識不高、自我修養(yǎng)動力不足、自我修養(yǎng)缺乏持續(xù)性等等,這些問題不僅嚴重阻礙大學生的自身完善和發(fā)展,也不利于國家和社會的發(fā)展。因此,無論從社會發(fā)展還是從自我發(fā)展來看,大學生都必須加強自我修養(yǎng),提高適應社會的能力。 全文共分為四部分,第一部分闡述了大學生自我修養(yǎng)的相關概念；第二部分闡述了加強大學生自我修養(yǎng)的重要性；第三部分分析了當今大學生自我修養(yǎng)存在的問題及成因；第四部分闡述了加強的大學生自我修養(yǎng)的對策。
[Abstract]:College students' self-cultivation is a kind of self-conscious activity form based on college students' self-consciousness, and it is also an important method of moral education in colleges and universities. The demands on all aspects of people's qualities and abilities have been gradually improved, especially on the level and ability of self-cultivation. However, as a new generation of college students facing the modernization, the world and the future, There are some problems in self-cultivation, such as low consciousness of self-cultivation, insufficient motivation of self-cultivation, lack of sustainability of self-cultivation, and so on. These problems not only seriously hinder the self-improvement and development of college students, Therefore, no matter from the social development or from the self-development, college students must strengthen their self-cultivation and improve their ability to adapt to the society. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part expounds the related concepts of college students' self-cultivation; the second part expounds the importance of strengthening college students' self-cultivation; the third part analyzes the existing problems and causes of college students' self-cultivation. Part 4th expounds the countermeasures of strengthening college students' self-cultivation.
