大學(xué)生就業(yè)心理困境的高校社會工作介入研究

【摘要】:隨著“雙向選擇,自主擇業(yè)”的就業(yè)模式代替以往就業(yè)分配模式以來,高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題一直備受社會關(guān)注,而社會多元化發(fā)展也對高校畢業(yè)生在知識儲備、專業(yè)技能、人格發(fā)展以及綜合素質(zhì)方面提出了更高要求,隨之產(chǎn)生的大學(xué)生前途危機意識和就業(yè)心理問題便成為社會就業(yè)工作的一大重點。一方面,高校教育模式和專業(yè)課程設(shè)置未能與社會人才市場形成對接,與社會各型企業(yè)未形成長效產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生實習(xí)實踐能力缺乏。根據(jù)麥可思調(diào)查報告指出,2011年全國各高校畢業(yè)生人數(shù)創(chuàng)下歷史新高,已達到660萬人,并且分析得出由于教學(xué)過程中實習(xí)和實踐經(jīng)驗的缺乏,所學(xué)專業(yè)與社會需求不相匹配等問題,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生就業(yè)過程中存在一定劣勢,這說明在高校階段,大學(xué)生缺乏必要的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃能力的培養(yǎng),而學(xué)校缺乏對社會需求的考察,學(xué)生缺少對自身的認(rèn)知和了解,對未來意識模糊。另一方面,現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生的心理素質(zhì)存在不同程度的缺陷,就業(yè)心理特征主要表現(xiàn)為:高知識量而低社會化;多情緒化而低調(diào)節(jié)力;過于自我而疏忽人際;急于成功而怯于失敗,具體來說包括緊張焦慮、自負(fù)自大、自卑怯懦、盲目從眾、依賴被動、急躁偏執(zhí)等不良心理。這些心理特征的形成與大學(xué)生個體心理調(diào)試能力以及周圍環(huán)境影響有關(guān),包括家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境和社會環(huán)境。因此,就業(yè)困境以及就業(yè)心理困境的解決需要從高校、社會、家庭、個人這四個方面做出協(xié)調(diào)。高校社會工作主要從大學(xué)生就業(yè)心理困境的處境出發(fā),運用預(yù)防性工作模式、治療性工作模式、發(fā)展性工作模式和協(xié)調(diào)性工作模式等介入模式針對不同境況的大學(xué)生就業(yè)心理問題提供專業(yè)化個性化輔導(dǎo)與幫助,通過職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃能力培養(yǎng)提前為大學(xué)生就業(yè)方向做好指引和導(dǎo)向,通過個案工作、小組工作和社區(qū)工作等工作方法為大學(xué)生解決就業(yè)過程中產(chǎn)生的心理問題,聯(lián)合學(xué)校、社會用人單位與學(xué)生個體形成合力,共同促進大學(xué)生增強自身心理素質(zhì),提高就業(yè)能力。
[Abstract]:Since the employment mode of "two-way choice, independent choice of employment" has replaced the previous pattern of employment distribution, the employment problem of college students has been paid close attention to by society, and the diversified development of society has also contributed to the knowledge reserve and professional skills of college graduates. Higher requirements have been put forward in terms of personality development and comprehensive quality, and the resulting crisis awareness of the future of college students and the psychological problems of employment have become a major focus of social employment work. The university education model and the specialized curriculum setup have not formed the docking with the social talent market, and has not formed the long-term effect production, university and research cooperation pattern with the society each kind of enterprise. According to Michael's survey report, in 2011, the number of college graduates in China reached a record high, reaching 6.6 million. The analysis shows that the lack of practice and practical experience in the teaching process is due to the lack of practice and practical experience in the teaching process. Some problems, such as mismatch between major and social demand, lead to some disadvantages in the process of employment, which indicates that in the stage of university, college students lack the necessary ability of career planning, and the school lacks the investigation of social demand. On the other hand, the psychological quality of college students at this stage has different degree defects, the psychological characteristics of employment are mainly as follows: high knowledge but low socialization; Emotional and low-regulated; too self-conscious and negligent in interpersonal relationships; eager to succeed and shy away from failure, specifically nervous and anxious, conceited, inferiority cowardly, blindly following the crowd, dependent on passivity, The formation of these psychological characteristics is related to the individual psychological debugging ability of college students and the influence of the surrounding environment, including family environment, school environment and social environment. The employment dilemma and the solution of the employment psychological dilemma need to be coordinated from four aspects: college, society, family and individual. The social work in colleges and universities mainly starts from the psychological plight of college students' employment and applies the preventive work mode. The intervention models, such as therapeutic work model, developmental work model and coordinated work model, provide specialized and individualized guidance and help for the psychological problems of college students' employment under different circumstances. Through the training of career planning ability to guide and guide the employment direction of college students in advance, through the work methods of case work, group work and community work to solve the psychological problems in the process of employment for college students, the United school, The social employing unit and the student individual form the resultant force together to promote the university student to enhance own psychological quality enhances the employment ability.
