校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士主要是培養(yǎng)在專業(yè)和專門技術(shù)上受到正規(guī)的、高水平訓(xùn)練的高層次人才,培養(yǎng)方式上需要高校與石油企業(yè)雙方的緊密合作。全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)能否實(shí)現(xiàn),取決于校企雙方是否有較強(qiáng)的合作動(dòng)力,而合作動(dòng)力的發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵在于合作動(dòng)力要素的協(xié)同促進(jìn)。因此,研究校企聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士的動(dòng)力機(jī)制及其運(yùn)行過程中的影響因素,是全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士教育更好服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展以及適應(yīng)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)石油相關(guān)專業(yè)人才的需要。 首先,本文以產(chǎn)學(xué)研理論為指導(dǎo),以系統(tǒng)工程理論為分析方法研究校企聯(lián)合全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),著重分析系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、系統(tǒng)主體構(gòu)成、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行遵循的原則以及系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)。從而構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型,認(rèn)為系統(tǒng)是在各種原則規(guī)律的指導(dǎo)下,系統(tǒng)各主體以各種資源的投入?yún)⑴c人才的培養(yǎng),以促使系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)完成的全過程。 然后,在系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了系統(tǒng)形成的動(dòng)因以及影響系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的因素。動(dòng)因分為內(nèi)部動(dòng)因與外部動(dòng)因,其中內(nèi)部動(dòng)因主要來自于石油企業(yè)與石油高校,外部動(dòng)因主要來源于經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì);從五個(gè)方面分析了影響系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的因素,主要是外部環(huán)境因素、內(nèi)部資源因素、個(gè)體因素、規(guī)章因素以及系統(tǒng)行為主體相互關(guān)系因素。 最后,根據(jù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的全面分析,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力指標(biāo)體系,通過調(diào)查分析,得到了影響系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的主要?jiǎng)恿χ笜?biāo)。再根據(jù)主要的動(dòng)力指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)機(jī)制以促進(jìn)系統(tǒng)的良性發(fā)展,主要包括通過建立激勵(lì)機(jī)制增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行動(dòng)力、建立溝通協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制保障系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行動(dòng)力、建立評(píng)價(jià)反饋機(jī)制推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)性運(yùn)行。 全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士的培養(yǎng)是石油行業(yè)高技術(shù)人才的重要來源,是我國研究生教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的關(guān)鍵。校企聯(lián)合對(duì)全日制石油行業(yè)工程碩士進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)是保證培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的必然結(jié)果。通過研究系統(tǒng)各主體的行為,掌握系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的動(dòng)力以及影響系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的因素,從而提出切實(shí)可行的解決辦法,是促使系統(tǒng)完成其目標(biāo)和保障其可持續(xù)性的可行方法。
[Abstract]:Full-time masters of engineering in the petroleum industry mainly train high-level talents who have received formal, high-level training in professional and specialized technology. The mode of training needs close cooperation between universities and oil enterprises. Whether the training target of full-time petroleum engineering master can be realized depends on whether the two sides have strong motive force for cooperation. The key to the development of cooperative motive force lies in the synergistic promotion of cooperative power elements. Therefore, this paper studies the power mechanism and the influencing factors in the course of the joint cultivation of full-time master of engineering in petroleum industry between schools and enterprises. It is a full-time petroleum industry master of engineering education to better serve the economic and social development and to meet the needs of national economic and social development of petroleum related professionals. First of all, under the guidance of the theory of industry, university and research, this paper studies the system structure of the system of the university and enterprise joint full-time petroleum industry master of engineering training system with the system engineering theory as the analytical method, focusing on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the system and the composition of the main body of the system. The principles followed by the system and the objectives of the system. Thus, the structure model of the system is constructed. It is considered that under the guidance of various principles and laws, the main bodies of the system participate in the cultivation of talents with the input of various resources. The whole process of achieving the goals of the system. Then, on the basis of the system structure model, the paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the system and the factors that affect the system operation. The motivation is divided into internal motivation and external motivation, in which the internal motivation mainly comes from petroleum enterprises and oil universities. The external motivation mainly comes from the economic society, and analyzes the factors that affect the operation of the system from five aspects, mainly the external environment factor, the internal resource factor, the individual factor, the regulation factor and the interrelation factor of the system behavior subject. Finally, according to the comprehensive analysis of the system, the dynamic index system of the system is constructed, and through the investigation and analysis, According to the main dynamic indexes, the related mechanism is designed to promote the benign development of the system, including the establishment of incentive mechanism to enhance the system running power. Establish communication coordination mechanism to ensure the system running power, establish evaluation feedback mechanism to promote the system sustainable operation. The full-time master of engineering in the petroleum industry is an important source of high-tech talents in the petroleum industry. It is the key to adjust the structure of graduate education in our country. It is the inevitable result of guaranteeing the quality of the training to train the full-time master of engineering in petroleum industry jointly by the university and enterprise. Through the study of the behavior of all the subjects in the system, It is feasible to grasp the motive force of system operation and the factors influencing system operation, and to put forward practical solutions, which can promote the system to achieve its goal and ensure its sustainability.
