全日制專業(yè)學位碩士的“相對剝奪感”調(diào)適論析

【摘要】:自2009年國家推出專業(yè)碩士實行全日制培養(yǎng)主要招收應屆畢業(yè)生以來,學生的"相對剝奪感"使本應是一片光明的全日制專業(yè)碩士卻頻遭冷遇。其中原因,主觀上主要是學生對全日制專業(yè)學位的認同度較差和對參照群體選擇的自我信服性,客觀上主要是國家對全日制專業(yè)學位研究生缺乏清晰的定位、相關配套資源未能及時跟進和學生就業(yè)不確定性風險較大。減弱和消除學生的"相對剝奪感",要從提高學生對專業(yè)學位的認識、逐步形成專業(yè)學位培養(yǎng)的特色、健全就業(yè)服務保障體系等方面下功夫。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, when the state launched full-time training for professional masters, mainly recruiting fresh graduates, the "relative deprivation" of students has made the full-time professional masters, which should be a bright spot, often met with cold reception. Subjectively, the students' recognition of full-time professional degree is poor and their self-confidence in reference group selection is poor. Objectively, the state lacks a clear orientation to full-time professional degree graduate students. The relative matching resources fail to follow up in time and the risk of students' employment uncertainty is great. To weaken and eliminate students'"relative deprivation", we should gradually form the characteristics of professional degree training from improving students' understanding of professional degree. Efforts will be made to improve the employment service security system.
