【摘要】：當(dāng)代中國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展的核心一直是高等教育質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，而高等教育質(zhì)量問(wèn)題就是高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。隨著高等教育在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中越來(lái)越發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用，同時(shí)對(duì)高等教育質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求也是隨之改變的，并且加大對(duì)高等教育質(zhì)量的研究。西方的人本主義源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，人本主義作為西方的一種傳統(tǒng)，它始終貫穿于西方的教育發(fā)展，并對(duì)西方的教育發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深刻且廣泛的影響。這種重視人、滿足人的身心發(fā)展的教育思想在我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展中同樣起著關(guān)鍵作用，，以人本主義為基礎(chǔ)的人本主義教育思想對(duì)我國(guó)的高等教育理論和實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生了極大的影響。 本論文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法，從人本主義的視角，對(duì)高等教育質(zhì)量進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。本論文從高等教育質(zhì)量的理論談起，并論述了人本主義教育的內(nèi)涵，本文通過(guò)對(duì)人本主義教育思想的解讀，試圖從人本主義的視角研究高等教育質(zhì)量，關(guān)注和重視人的發(fā)展和需求，提出高等教育質(zhì)量的本質(zhì)觀、生成觀和改進(jìn)觀，進(jìn)而有利于指導(dǎo)高等教育實(shí)踐，為全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量打下基礎(chǔ)。 本文共分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分，首先在緒論中闡述了本研究的目的及意義，并梳理了一下對(duì)高等教育質(zhì)量的研究，然后通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于人本主義的探討和人本主義教育思想的研究，界定了質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量觀、高等教育質(zhì)量觀和人本主義的概念以及本研究的范圍。 第二部分，首先從高等教育的功能和高等教育質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵、管理和評(píng)估方面闡釋高等教育質(zhì)量理論，然后是對(duì)人本主義教育理論的闡釋。 第三部分，闡釋的是人本主義高等教育質(zhì)量觀的核心內(nèi)容，主要從人本主義高等教育質(zhì)量的本質(zhì)觀、生成觀和評(píng)價(jià)觀進(jìn)行論述。 第四部分，本部分是在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出人本主義高等教育質(zhì)量的改進(jìn)觀。高等教育質(zhì)量的改進(jìn)的根本是改進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)、改進(jìn)教學(xué)、改進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理等方面。
[Abstract]:The core of the development of higher education in contemporary China is the quality of higher education, and the quality of higher education is the quality of talent training in higher education. At the same time, the standards and requirements for the quality of higher education have changed, and the research on the quality of higher education has been increased. Western humanism has a long history. Humanism is a tradition in the West. It always runs through the western educational development and has a profound and extensive influence on the western educational development. This kind of educational thought which attaches importance to the human being and satisfies the human body and mind development also plays a key role in the development of higher education in our country. Humanistic educational thought has exerted great influence on the theory and practice of higher education in China. This paper makes a systematic study on the quality of higher education from the perspective of humanism by using the method of literature. This paper starts with the theory of higher education quality and discusses the connotation of humanism education. This paper attempts to study the quality of higher education from the perspective of humanism, pay close attention to the development and demand of human beings, and put forward the essential view of higher education quality, the concept of formation and the view of improvement. Thus, it is helpful to guide the practice of higher education and lay a foundation for improving the quality of higher education in an all-round way. This paper is divided into four parts:. The first part, in the introduction, expounds the purpose and significance of this study, and combs the research on the quality of higher education, and then through the analysis of the research on humanism at home and abroad and the study of humanistic educational thought. This paper defines the concepts of quality, quality, higher education quality and humanism and the scope of this study. The second part first explains the theory of higher education quality from the function of higher education and the connotation of higher education quality, management and evaluation, and then explains the humanistic education theory. The third part explains the core content of humanism higher education quality view, mainly from the humanism higher education quality essence view, the generation view and the appraisal view carries on the discussion. In the 4th part, the author puts forward the view of improving the quality of humanism higher education on the basis of the previous research. The fundamental of the improvement of higher education quality is to improve learning, teaching, leadership and management, and so on.
