【摘要】：職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)是一定的道德原則和規(guī)范在人們思想和行為中的表現(xiàn)，具有社會(huì)思想指導(dǎo)性，它表現(xiàn)為個(gè)人身上某些穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)和傾向。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生成才方向和目標(biāo)，必須要適應(yīng)社會(huì)和時(shí)代的要求。職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)對(duì)于大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)以及大學(xué)生的社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要的作用。 從我國(guó)高�，F(xiàn)有的大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育來看，主要以思想道德修養(yǎng)和法律基礎(chǔ)課為主，發(fā)揮著培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的基本道德意識(shí)，講授基本法律知識(shí)的重要作用。但其他提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)的課程則比較少，，加之大學(xué)生對(duì)其的認(rèn)同度較低，對(duì)大學(xué)生開展職業(yè)道德教育的難度較大。大學(xué)生通過十幾年的學(xué)習(xí)和歷練已經(jīng)形成了自己較為系統(tǒng)的人生觀、價(jià)值觀，具備了一定分析問題、解決問題的能力，他們更需要的是情感、品質(zhì)、能力等方面的綜合培養(yǎng)。因此，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育：教育者從大學(xué)生自身的特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要，向?qū)W生講述相關(guān)職業(yè)的道德規(guī)范和行為準(zhǔn)則，積極引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與社會(huì)實(shí)踐，不斷加深大學(xué)生對(duì)于職業(yè)道德的認(rèn)同，同時(shí)，根據(jù)學(xué)生不同的特點(diǎn)選擇不同職業(yè)道德教育模式，將職業(yè)道德內(nèi)化為學(xué)生的行為模式，為提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，為大學(xué)生今后的職業(yè)生涯打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 本篇文章圍繞著大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育來研究，主要分為三部分，第一部分主要介紹大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育的內(nèi)涵以及理論依據(jù)，包括大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育的內(nèi)涵分析、大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德的理論依據(jù)和大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育；第二部分主要介紹了大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育的理論創(chuàng)新，從教育觀念、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法、教育機(jī)制這四個(gè)方面提出了如何對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行職業(yè)道德教育進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新；第三部分主要闡述了大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育的實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新，包括提高大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育實(shí)踐成效、構(gòu)建合理的大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育課程，探索大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育的主要途徑以及建立健全職業(yè)道德教育監(jiān)控體系和評(píng)估程序這四方面的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the expression of certain moral principles and norms in people's thoughts and behaviors, which has the guidance of social ideology, and it shows some stable characteristics and tendencies of individuals. Professional ethics cultivation plays an important role in the growth of college students and the realization of college students' social value. From the point of view of the current professional ethics education of college students in our country, we mainly focus on the ideological and moral cultivation and the basic course of law, and play a key role in cultivating students' basic moral consciousness. Teaching basic legal knowledge plays an important role. However, other courses to improve the quality of college students' professional ethics are relatively few, and college students have a low degree of recognition of them. It is difficult to carry out professional ethics education for college students. Through more than ten years of study and experience, college students have formed their own more systematic outlook on life, values, and the ability to analyze and solve problems. What they need more is the comprehensive cultivation of emotion, quality, ability, etc. Therefore, to strengthen the education of college students' professional ethics: educators start from the characteristics of college students and combine the needs of current social development, To tell students about the relevant professional ethics and codes of conduct, actively guide students to participate in social practice, constantly deepen the identity of college students for professional ethics, at the same time, according to the different characteristics of students to choose different professional ethics education model, Internalizing professional ethics as the behavior mode of students will lay a solid foundation for the improvement of college students' professional accomplishment and the future career of college students. The first part mainly introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of college students' professional ethics education, including the connotation analysis of college students' professional ethics education. The second part mainly introduces the theoretical innovation of college students' professional ethics education, from the perspective of educational concept, educational content, educational methods, The third part mainly expounds the practical innovation of college students' professional ethics education, including improving the practical effect of college students' professional ethics education. To construct a reasonable curriculum of college students' professional ethics education, to explore the main ways of college students' professional ethics education, and to establish and perfect the monitoring system and evaluation procedure of professional ethics education.
