【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,我國(guó)高等學(xué)校的招生規(guī)模進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)費(fèi)的問(wèn)題也日益嚴(yán)重起來(lái)。在教育經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源多元化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)下,教育捐贈(zèng)成為一種愈發(fā)重要的途徑。本文詳細(xì)介紹了美國(guó)高校教育基金會(huì)的歷史與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了其在捐贈(zèng)基金投資運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)；相比之下我國(guó)高校教育基金會(huì)起步晚,發(fā)展不完善,美國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為健全我國(guó)高校教育基金會(huì)組織,科學(xué)、合理的進(jìn)行捐贈(zèng)基金投資管理提供了寶貴的借鑒意義。 本論文將從五個(gè)部分來(lái)具體闡述： 第一部分從高等院�；饡�(huì)的研究意義、現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)的研究方法入手,并且對(duì)相關(guān)概念做出界定； 第二部分介紹美國(guó)高校教育基金會(huì)的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,并以耶魯大學(xué)教育基金會(huì)為例,詳細(xì)分析其捐贈(zèng)來(lái)源、捐贈(zèng)項(xiàng)目、捐贈(zèng)政策及基金的管理與運(yùn)營(yíng)； 第三部分介紹我國(guó)高校教育基金會(huì)的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,以清華大學(xué)教育基金會(huì)為例,分析了其宗旨、來(lái)源及資金管理運(yùn)作； 第四部分分別從宏觀體制和微觀運(yùn)作兩方面,著重對(duì)中美高校教育基金會(huì)進(jìn)行了比較； 第五部分借鑒美國(guó)高等學(xué)校教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)高校教育基金會(huì)的反思與新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in our country has further expanded, and the problem of funding has become more and more serious. Education donation has become an increasingly important way. This paper introduces the history and development of American college education foundation in detail, and analyzes its successful experience in the investment and operation of endowment fund. Compared with the late start and imperfect development of the college education foundation in our country, the successful experience of the United States has provided valuable reference for perfecting the organization, science and reasonable investment management of the endowment fund in our country. This paper will be elaborated from five parts:. The first part starts with the research significance, the present situation and the related research methods of the university foundation, and makes the definition to the related concept; The second part introduces the history and present situation of American college education foundation, and takes Yale University Education Foundation as an example, analyzes its donation source, donation project, donation policy and fund management and operation in detail. The third part introduces the history and present situation of college education foundation in China. Taking Tsinghua University Education Foundation as an example, it analyzes its purpose, source and fund management operation. In the 4th part, the author makes a comparison between China and the United States in terms of macro system and micro operation. The 5th part draws lessons from the American university education experience, introspects and the new understanding to our country university education foundation.
