【摘要】：我國高等教育在特定的歷史發(fā)展時期，行政化管理手段發(fā)揮了無可取代的重要作用。然而行政化的高校管理同時也逐步顯現(xiàn)出其違背高校教育先行發(fā)展的弊端，，影響了高校學術(shù)自由、自治管理的權(quán)利發(fā)揮，進一步加劇了高等教育行政化越權(quán)管理的趨勢。因此我們必須就其消極影響因素給予充分重視，制定切實有效的應(yīng)對策略。本文探尋問題產(chǎn)生的歷史背景，描述問題所帶來的現(xiàn)實弊端，與國外高校的相同時期的不同大學使命進行對比，進而對我國高校去行政化問題進行可行性分析。借鑒國內(nèi)外名校的經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合我國實際情況，總結(jié)出適合我國高校的去行政化路徑，并提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。有利于解決當前高校存在的諸多問題，保證其實現(xiàn)健康發(fā)展。有助于高校建立科學發(fā)展的管理模式。使我國高校朝著學術(shù)化、民主化的方向有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Higher education in our country has played an irreplaceable role in the specific period of historical development. However, the administrative management of colleges and universities has also gradually revealed its drawbacks, which are contrary to the first development of university education. It affects the academic freedom of colleges and universities, exerts the right of autonomous management, and further intensifies the trend of the administration of higher education beyond its authority. Therefore, we must pay full attention to its negative influence factors. This paper explores the historical background of the problems, describes the practical disadvantages brought by the problems, and compares them with the different missions of foreign universities in the same period. Then it analyzes the feasibility of deadministrating the university in our country. Using the experience of famous universities at home and abroad and combining the actual situation of our country, the paper sums up the path of deadministration suitable for our country's colleges and universities. It is helpful to solve the problems existing in colleges and universities, to ensure their healthy development, to establish a scientific development management model, and to make the universities in our country develop in an orderly way towards the direction of academicalization and democratization.
