大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)資源獲取影響因素研究

【摘要】:在2008年金融危機(jī)的影響下,在我國(guó)大學(xué)生面臨著非常嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)問題,政府、各大高校以及大學(xué)生都在想各種辦法來應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前的就業(yè)形勢(shì)。創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè),鼓勵(lì)和支持大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成為了一個(gè)最有效的途徑。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅僅能解決自己的就業(yè)為題,同時(shí)也能創(chuàng)造出新的就業(yè)崗位,在一定程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)的倍增效應(yīng)。創(chuàng)業(yè)是一個(gè)龐大而復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),根據(jù)資源基礎(chǔ)理論,我們知道資源是整個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的主線。資源開發(fā)也一直是創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)中的核心問題,其中資源獲取更是重中之重。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者由于自身的特點(diǎn)所致,他們?cè)趧?chuàng)業(yè)的過程中對(duì)于資源的獲取是存在一些問題的,本文則主要結(jié)合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)對(duì)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)資源獲取的影響因素進(jìn)行深入的研究。 本研究的主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一,文獻(xiàn)綜述。本研究的主要理論依據(jù)是資源基礎(chǔ)理論和資源管理過程理論。首先,本文對(duì)于以上兩個(gè)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,在這基礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)地梳理了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè),資源獲取及其影響因素的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行了概念的界定,為研究框架和假設(shè)的提出提供了理論支持。 第二,研究框架和假設(shè)。首先,依據(jù)對(duì)于資源獲取的理論綜述,我們了解了影響資源獲取的因素有哪些,同時(shí)結(jié)合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),確定了本文研究的三個(gè)主要影響因素,即創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)特質(zhì)以及初始資源。接著,分別對(duì)于各影響因素與資源獲取之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了闡述,并提出相應(yīng)的假設(shè),即大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)性對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的成就需求對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的內(nèi)控源對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的受教育程度對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響。 第三,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。本研究對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市的200個(gè)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,最終回收問卷191份,,其中有效問卷數(shù)為184份。對(duì)于回收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了有效性檢驗(yàn),包括信度檢驗(yàn)、效度檢驗(yàn)以及同源性偏差檢驗(yàn),接著對(duì)于變量進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析,最終通過回歸分析對(duì)研究模型進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果支持了本文的全部假設(shè)。 第四,研究結(jié)論與政策建議。本文的研究結(jié)論為,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者特質(zhì)對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響;大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)初始資源對(duì)于其資源獲取有積極的影響。基于本文的研究結(jié)論,我們提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。 本文的研究成果為政府和各大高校鼓勵(lì)并支持大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了依據(jù)和參考,這對(duì)于更好地鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)都具有很大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In 2008, under the influence of the financial crisis, college students in China are facing a very serious employment problem, the government. Colleges and universities as well as college students are thinking of various ways to cope with the current employment situation. Encouraging and supporting college students to start a business has become the most effective way. University students can not only solve their own employment problem, but also create new jobs. To a certain extent, the multiplier effect of employment is realized. Entrepreneurship is a huge and complex system, according to resource-based theory. We know that resources is the main line of the whole entrepreneurial activities. Resource development has always been the core problem in entrepreneurial activities, among which resource acquisition is the most important. University student entrepreneurs due to their own characteristics. In the process of starting a business, there are some problems in the acquisition of resources. In this paper, the factors affecting the acquisition of entrepreneurial resources of college students are deeply studied in combination with the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship. The main contents of this study are as follows: First, literature review. The main theoretical basis of this study is resource-based theory and resource management process theory. On this basis, this paper systematically combs the related literature on entrepreneurship, resource acquisition and its influencing factors of college students, and defines the concept, which provides theoretical support for the research framework and hypothesis. Second, the research framework and hypothesis. Firstly, according to the theoretical summary of resource acquisition, we understand the factors that affect resource acquisition, and combine the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship. This paper determines the three main factors, namely entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial characteristics of college students and initial resources. Then, the relationship between these factors and the acquisition of resources is discussed. And put forward the corresponding hypotheses, that is, the entrepreneurial network size of college students entrepreneurs has a positive impact on their access to resources; The entrepreneurial network strength of college student entrepreneurs has a positive impact on the acquisition of resources; The risk-taking of college students entrepreneurs has a positive impact on their access to resources; The achievement needs of college students' entrepreneurs have a positive influence on their resource acquisition; The internal control source of the university student entrepreneur has a positive influence on its resource acquisition; The education level of college students entrepreneurs has a positive effect on their access to resources; The experience of undergraduate entrepreneurs has a positive impact on their access to resources. Third, empirical test. This study investigated 200 college students' entrepreneurial enterprises in Changchun, and finally collected 191 questionnaires. The number of valid questionnaires was 184. The validity of the recovered data was tested, including reliability test, validity test and homology deviation test, and then the correlation analysis of variables was carried out. Finally, the research model is tested by regression analysis, and the results support all the hypotheses in this paper. 4th, research conclusions and policy recommendations. The conclusion of this study is that the entrepreneurial network of college students has a positive impact on their access to resources; The characteristics of college students' entrepreneurs have a positive impact on their access to resources; The initial resources of college students' entrepreneurship have a positive impact on the acquisition of resources. Based on the conclusions of this paper, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The research results of this paper provide a basis and reference for the government and universities to encourage and support college students to start a business, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to encourage college students to start their own businesses and to promote the employment of college students.
