【摘要】：在高校就業(yè)指導工作中加強思想政治教育,可以引導大學生樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀；可以幫助大學生辨證地認識當前就業(yè)形勢,正確選擇適合自己的職業(yè)；可以疏解大學生不必要的擇業(yè)心理壓力；可以促進高校改革的全面、健康發(fā)展；還可以提高思想政治教育自身的科學性、實效性,它是做好高校就業(yè)指導工作,幫助學生順利就業(yè),促進我國高等教育健康發(fā)展的必然選擇。雖然當前我國高校已經很重視高校就業(yè)指導工作中的思想政治教育,并且在這方面已經出了許多的研究成果,但在仍然存在一些問題。比如,在理論研究中研究內容相對片面、不成體系。在實踐教育過程中教育內容不夠全面、教育方法比較單一、針對性不強。本文首先通過對目前大學生就業(yè)形勢的分析得出了在高校就業(yè)指導中加強思想政治教育的重要意義。隨后總結了國外高校在就業(yè)指導中已經形成的值得我們借鑒的經驗,并且分析了當前高校就業(yè)指導中思想政治教育工作開展的現狀。最后,就高校就業(yè)指導工作中如何加強思想政治教育提出了對策建議。 本文內容分為六章,具體內容如下： 第一章,緒論部分。介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究現狀及主要研究方法。 第二章,本章首先分析了目前大學生就業(yè)的總體形勢,隨后指出了造成目前就業(yè)困難的原因以及當前社會發(fā)展給大學生就業(yè)帶來的機遇。提出大學生就業(yè)過程中出現的思想問題以及思想政治教育的欠缺是阻礙大學生順利就業(yè)的重要因素。 第三章,本章主要從思想政治教育在高校就業(yè)指導工作中的地位、思想政治教育對提高學生綜合就業(yè)素質的作用以及在高校就業(yè)指導工作中加強思想政治教育的可行性這三個方面論述了思想政治教育在高校就業(yè)指導工作中的意義。 第四章,主要介紹了西方國家高校就業(yè)指導工作中一些值得我國在加強高校就業(yè)指導工作中思想政治教育時借鑒的先進經驗。主要包括工作隊伍專業(yè)化、教育體系成熟化、教育方法多元化以及用人單位的支持這四個方面。 第五章,本章首先闡述了我國高校當前就業(yè)指導中思想政治教育在發(fā)展過程中已經取得了思想政治教育受重視程度不斷提高、方法日益多元化、模式初步形成等方面成果。其次闡述了仍然存在內容體系不系統、缺乏連貫性以及不能與國家政策同步并舉的問題。最后從傳統思想政治教育觀念的影響、就業(yè)機制雙選化的影響以及教育全球化的影響這三個方面分析了產生現存問題的原因。 第六章,本章針對當前就業(yè)指導工作中思想政治教育的現存問題,提出了一些在就業(yè)指導工作中加強思想政治教育的具體對策和建議,主要選取了思想政治教育內容、模式、工作隊伍以及結合社會實際這四個角度來進行探討。
[Abstract]:To strengthen ideological and political education in the employment guidance of colleges and universities can lead college students to set up a correct view of job selection. It can help college students to understand the current employment situation dialectically and choose the right occupation for them. It can relieve the unnecessary psychological pressure of college students to choose a job; It can promote the comprehensive and healthy development of the reform of colleges and universities; Also can improve the ideological and political education itself scientific, effective, it is to do a good job guidance work, to help students obtain employment smoothly. Although colleges and universities in our country have attached great importance to ideological and political education in the work of employment guidance, and in this respect has produced a lot of research results. However, there are still some problems. For example, in the theoretical research, the research content is relatively one-sided, not systematic. In the process of practical education, the educational content is not comprehensive enough, and the educational method is relatively single. Firstly, through the analysis of the current employment situation of college students, this paper concludes the importance of strengthening ideological and political education in the employment guidance of colleges and universities, and then summarizes the forms of employment guidance in foreign colleges and universities. Experience that we should learn from. It also analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in the employment guidance of colleges and universities. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen ideological and political education in the employment guidance of colleges and universities.
