【摘要】：近年來,隨著全國高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的迅速增加,大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力日益加劇,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為緩解大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力的重要途徑。然而我國大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)率和成功率都很低,其中一個重要原因是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系不夠完善和健全。本文以E校為研究對象,采用理論分析和實證研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,探討大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)建。 本文從政策支持、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育支持、資金支持和孵化支持等四個方面對E校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系現(xiàn)狀進行了研究,采用訪談和調(diào)查問卷的方法對E校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系的需求現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,找出E�，F(xiàn)有大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系存在的不足之處,從政策服務(wù)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育服務(wù)、資金服務(wù)、孵化服務(wù)等四方面提出了強化創(chuàng)業(yè)激勵政策、完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織架構(gòu)、建立學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)專項基金、為入住科技園的企業(yè)提供一個全方位的服務(wù)等進一步完善E校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid increase of the number of college graduates in China, the pressure of employment of college students is increasing day by day. University students' entrepreneurship has become an important way to alleviate the employment pressure of college students. However, the entrepreneurial rate and success rate of college students in China are very low. One of the important reasons is that the service system of college students' entrepreneurship is not perfect and sound. This paper takes E school as the research object and adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research. This paper discusses the construction of service system for college students' entrepreneurship. This paper studies the current situation of entrepreneurial service system in E school students from four aspects: policy support, entrepreneurship education support, financial support and incubating support. Using the method of interview and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the needs of the entrepreneurial service system of college students in E school, and finds out the shortcomings of the existing service system for college students' entrepreneurship service in E school, from the perspective of policy services. Entrepreneurship education services, capital services, incubating services and other four aspects of the strengthening of entrepreneurship incentive policies, improve the organizational structure of entrepreneurship education, the establishment of a special fund for school entrepreneurship. To provide a comprehensive service for the enterprises living in the science and technology park, and to further improve the service system for college students.
