【摘要】:在改革開放30年后的今天,在我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)不斷進(jìn)步的如今,我國(guó)的教育事業(yè)也在發(fā)生著翻天覆地的變化,無(wú)論是從教育的規(guī)模還是教育的質(zhì)量上來(lái)看與建國(guó)初期相比都有了巨大的進(jìn)步。這巨大的進(jìn)步背后是教育界孜孜不斷的努力。除了公辦學(xué)校的不斷發(fā)展,民辦高校的崛起進(jìn)步也是我國(guó)教育事業(yè)能夠不斷發(fā)展的一大因素,因此學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)于民辦高校校長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)和民辦高校改革發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系一直保持著積極的探索態(tài)度。正因?yàn)槿绱耍疚囊悦褶k高校的發(fā)展定位為依據(jù),力圖在闡釋民辦高校校長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)的基本內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了其對(duì)民辦高校校長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)的相關(guān)要求,具體要求包括校長(zhǎng)自身理論素養(yǎng)的要求,校長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)校長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思想的要求,校長(zhǎng)的科學(xué)發(fā)展能力的要求,,除此之外民辦高校校長(zhǎng)的素質(zhì)還應(yīng)該包括對(duì)學(xué)校嚴(yán)格管理的態(tài)度和構(gòu)建和諧人文關(guān)懷的氛圍的能力。本文同時(shí)分析了民辦高校校長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)的不足之處和原因,并提出了改善民辦高校校長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)不足問題的具體意見,包括對(duì)國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)習(xí)借鑒,完善我國(guó)民辦高校校長(zhǎng)選拔制度和提拔制度等方面的意見,力爭(zhēng)通過本文使人們對(duì)民辦高校校長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)問題有一個(gè)更加深入,更加具體的了解和認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Today, after 30 years of reform and opening up, and with the continuous progress of China's modernization drive, the cause of education in our country is also undergoing earth-shaking changes. In terms of the scale and quality of education, there has been great progress compared with the initial period of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The great progress is due to the unceasing efforts of the educational circles, except for the continuous development of public schools. The rise and progress of private colleges and universities is also a major factor for the continuous development of education in China. Therefore, the academic community has always maintained a positive attitude towards the relationship between the quality of private university presidents and the reform and development of private colleges and universities. For this reason, this article is based on the development orientation of private colleges and universities. On the basis of explaining the basic connotation of the quality of the principals of private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the relevant requirements for the quality of the presidents of private colleges and universities, including the requirements of the principals' own theoretical literacy. The principal's request to the strategic thought of the long-term development of the school and the request of the principal's scientific development ability. In addition, the quality of private university presidents should also include the strict management of the school attitude and the ability to build a harmonious humanistic care atmosphere. At the same time, this paper analyzes the inadequacies and causes of the quality of private university presidents. The author also puts forward some specific suggestions on improving the quality of private university presidents, including learning from foreign advanced experience, perfecting the selection system and promotion system of the presidents of private colleges and universities in our country, and so on. The author tries to make people have a deeper and more concrete understanding of the quality of private university presidents.
