高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理支持系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:在社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的今天,知識(shí)成為了組織、個(gè)人的一種重要的資產(chǎn),最大限度地使用知識(shí)成為了制勝的關(guān)鍵,這也促使人們對(duì)知識(shí)進(jìn)行管理。知識(shí)管理實(shí)質(zhì)是對(duì)知識(shí)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)、獲取、共享、應(yīng)用的操作過(guò)程,最終目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新。通過(guò)知識(shí)的管理,可以提升個(gè)人的素質(zhì)以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在激烈的社會(huì)中利于個(gè)人、組織獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。高校學(xué)生是知識(shí)密集型群體,知識(shí)是其重要的核心資源。對(duì)他們進(jìn)行知識(shí)管理,能促進(jìn)個(gè)人知識(shí)容量的擴(kuò)充,培養(yǎng)他們具有優(yōu)勢(shì)的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),使他們獲得更大的發(fā)展。 本文在第一章中從理論與應(yīng)用兩方面,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外知識(shí)管理的現(xiàn)狀,探討高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理存在的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)得出高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理的目標(biāo)。本文第二章對(duì)知識(shí)管理的基本理論進(jìn)行梳理,論述知識(shí)以及知識(shí)管理的概念。對(duì)知識(shí)管理的相關(guān)理論,知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換、社會(huì)建構(gòu)主義、六度分隔等進(jìn)行解釋和探討。 根據(jù)以往學(xué)者的研究成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)本身具有學(xué)習(xí)途徑多樣、知識(shí)繁雜,更強(qiáng)調(diào)主觀能動(dòng)性的特點(diǎn)。本文根據(jù)OECD組織及波蘭尼等人對(duì)知識(shí)分類的研究成果,在第三章高校學(xué)生知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)部分將高校學(xué)生的個(gè)人知識(shí)分為有關(guān)個(gè)人私密的知識(shí)、有關(guān)興趣的知識(shí)、有關(guān)專業(yè)的知識(shí)、有關(guān)交際和人際關(guān)系的知識(shí)、有關(guān)哲學(xué)知識(shí)、有關(guān)自我管理的知識(shí)七部分,并對(duì)各部分進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述。同時(shí)通過(guò)探討高校學(xué)生的認(rèn)知發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及介紹包括知識(shí)獲取、文本分類、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、知識(shí)搜索以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在內(nèi)的各種知識(shí)管理的支撐技術(shù),在第三章第二部分對(duì)高校學(xué)生進(jìn)行知識(shí)管理的可行性進(jìn)行梳理。根據(jù)已有知識(shí)管理的流程,提出高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理模型,以及對(duì)應(yīng)各環(huán)節(jié)可應(yīng)用的知識(shí)管理工具。 基于上述對(duì)高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理的研究,本文在第四章中遵循系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則,設(shè)計(jì)了—個(gè)高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的方案,并提出高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理支持系統(tǒng)的模塊,包括身份驗(yàn)證模塊、個(gè)人知識(shí)管理模塊以及知識(shí)共享模塊。同時(shí)基于Web技術(shù),最終初步實(shí)現(xiàn)高校學(xué)生知識(shí)管理支持系統(tǒng)的功能。
[Abstract]:Today, with the rapid development of society and economy, knowledge has become an important asset of the organization and individual, and the use of knowledge to the maximum extent has become the key to success. The essence of knowledge management is to store, acquire, share and apply knowledge. The ultimate goal is to realize the innovation of knowledge. It can improve the quality and competitiveness of the individual, benefit the individual in the fierce society, and help the organization to obtain the motive force of sustainable development. College students are knowledge-intensive groups. Knowledge is an important core resource. Knowledge management can promote the expansion of individual knowledge capacity, cultivate their knowledge structure with advantages, and enable them to obtain greater development. In the first chapter, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge management at home and abroad from the aspects of theory and application, and probes into the problems existing in the knowledge management of college students. At the same time, the goal of college students' knowledge management is obtained. The second chapter combs the basic theory of knowledge management, discusses the knowledge and the concept of knowledge management, the related theory of knowledge management, knowledge transformation. Social constructivism, six degrees of separation and so on to explain and discuss. According to the research results of previous scholars, it is found that the learning of college students themselves has a variety of learning ways and complex knowledge. In the third chapter, the personal knowledge of college students is divided into personal knowledge, interest knowledge, professional knowledge, communication and interpersonal knowledge. According to the existing process of knowledge management. This paper puts forward the model of college students' knowledge management and the corresponding knowledge management tools. Based on the above research on the knowledge management of college students, this paper follows the principles of system design in Chapter 4th, and designs a scheme of knowledge management system for students in colleges and universities. And proposed the university student knowledge management support system module, including the authentication module, the personal knowledge management module and the knowledge sharing module, simultaneously based on the Web technology. Finally, the function of knowledge management support system for college students is preliminarily realized.
