【摘要】：高校學(xué)生工作是高校教育管理工作的重要組成部分。一直以來,各高等學(xué)校十分重視學(xué)生工作,投入了大量的人力、物力和財力,在理論研究和實踐經(jīng)驗等方面取得了一定的成績。隨著改革開放的深入和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,高等教育面臨著機遇的同時,也存在著嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)。這種情況下,一些高校按照教育規(guī)律,圍繞人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),在學(xué)生工作中進(jìn)行了大膽地改革實踐,對高校學(xué)生工作的改革進(jìn)行了有益的探索。其中,在國內(nèi)高校試行的書院制學(xué)生工作就是一種重要的探索和嘗試,其借鑒了國外知名大學(xué)住宿學(xué)院制的管理經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合各高校實際進(jìn)行改造,實踐證明是成功的。書院制學(xué)生工作彌補了傳統(tǒng)模式的不足,體現(xiàn)了以人為本的工作理念,注重學(xué)生個性成長和全面發(fā)展,拉近了教師和學(xué)生的距離,營造了濃厚的育人氛圍,在高素質(zhì)人才培養(yǎng)中起到了非常重要的作用。同時,現(xiàn)行的書院制學(xué)生工作模式還缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo),并且實踐較多,經(jīng)驗總結(jié)較少。本文正是基于此,綜合運用管理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科的基本原理和方法對書院制學(xué)生工作模式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。 論文共分為五個部分,研究過程中采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較研究法和歷史分析法。首先介紹了本文的研究背景和研究意義,對文中重要的概念進(jìn)行了界定,對相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理;接著分析了書院制視野下學(xué)生工作的理論基礎(chǔ),主要特征及其優(yōu)越性；第三章闡述了國外知名大學(xué)學(xué)院制學(xué)生工作的現(xiàn)狀及其給我國書院制學(xué)生工作帶來的啟示；第四章理性分析了我國高校試行的書院制學(xué)生工作,從目前學(xué)生工作存在主要問題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)兩個角度分析了高校實施書院制的動因,分別闡述了港澳地區(qū)和內(nèi)地高校書院制學(xué)生工作狀況,并將國內(nèi)外高校書院制學(xué)生工作進(jìn)行了比較；第五章從育人理念、育人形式、保障機制建設(shè)以及育人環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)等方面提出了創(chuàng)新書院制學(xué)生工作,最后探討了其可能的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:College student work is an important part of university education management. All along, colleges and universities have attached great importance to student work, invested a lot of human, material and financial resources. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of the economy, higher education is facing opportunities, but also serious challenges. According to the law of education and around the goal of cultivating talents, some colleges and universities have carried on the bold reform practice in the student work, has carried on the beneficial exploration to the university student work reform. The work of college students in domestic colleges and universities is an important exploration and attempt, which draws lessons from the management experience of the residential college system of foreign well-known universities, combined with the actual transformation of various universities. Practice has proved to be successful. College student work makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional model, reflects the people-oriented work concept, pays attention to the growth and overall development of students' personality, and draws closer the distance between teachers and students. Created a strong atmosphere of education, in the training of high-quality personnel played a very important role. At the same time, the current work model of college students is still lack of systematic theoretical guidance, and more practice. Based on this, this paper makes a systematic study on the work model of college students by using the basic principles and methods of management, pedagogy, psychology and so on. The paper is divided into five parts. In the process of the research, we use the literature analysis method, the comparative research method and the historical analysis method. Firstly, we introduce the research background and significance of this paper, and define the important concepts in this paper. The related research results are combed out. Then it analyzes the theoretical basis, main characteristics and advantages of student work in the field of view of academy system. The third chapter expounds the current situation of college student work in foreign famous universities and the enlightenment to the college student work in our country. Chapter 4th rationally analyzes the college students' work in China's colleges and universities, and analyzes the causes of the college system from the two angles of the main problems and the challenges faced by the students' work at present. This paper expounds the work of college students in Hong Kong, Macao and mainland, and compares the work of college students at home and abroad. Chapter 5th puts forward the work of innovating the college system from the aspects of the idea of educating people, the form of education, the construction of guarantee mechanism and the creation of educational environment, and finally discusses its possible development direction.
