【摘要】：20世紀(jì)60年代,美國的民族復(fù)興運動催生了多元文化教育思潮。為保障各少數(shù)族裔學(xué)生受教育的平等權(quán)利,教育者倡導(dǎo)實施多元文化教育改革。面對教室里日益多樣性的學(xué)生,教師需要為他們提供相對公平的教育。無論學(xué)生的種族、民族、語言、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、性別如何,都要求教師能有效實施多元文化教育。然而面對這種需求,多數(shù)教師實施多元文化教育的能力卻有限,因此多元文化教育和教師教育相結(jié)合,催生了多元文化教師教育。 經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,美國多元文化教師教育已經(jīng)凸顯出自己的特色：形成了相對成熟的多元文化教師教育理論,開展了富有特色的多元文化教師教育實踐。美國的中小學(xué)教師主要由各類教師教育項目培養(yǎng)而成,因此本課題以美國多元文化教師教育項目為研究對象,探討當(dāng)前美國多元文化教師教育實踐。主要圍繞以下幾個問題進(jìn)行研究：美國多元文化教師教育項目是如何產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的?其基本理念如何?培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程、內(nèi)容、方法如何?多元文化教師教育項目開展的實效性如何?我們應(yīng)該怎樣認(rèn)識與評價美國這一新形勢下的多元文化教師教育項目?這對于認(rèn)識和反思我國多元文化教師培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀有何啟示? 圍繞以上幾個問題,本課題主要分為以下部分： 導(dǎo)論部分主要為問題提出、文獻(xiàn)綜述、核心概念界定、以及研究概述,介紹本課題的來源與研究背景。 第一部分分析了美國多元文化教師教育項目的形成,主要對項目產(chǎn)生的社會背景、中小學(xué)多元文化教育現(xiàn)狀,同時按時間順序縱向觀察項目發(fā)展歷史。 第二部分探討了多元文化教師教育項目的基本理念。主要分析幾種多元文化主義和社會正義理念,其中社會正義理念為多元文化教師教育項目的核心理念。 第三部分從靜態(tài)層面對美國多元文化教師教育項目進(jìn)行全面剖析,闡釋了項目目標(biāo)、課程開發(fā)的原則、模式、教材和學(xué)習(xí)資料以及課程實施途徑等,初步呈現(xiàn)項目組成元素。 第四部分從動態(tài)層面考察美國多元文化教師教育項目的運作情況,了解項目人員構(gòu)成,分析項目運作過程,包括教學(xué)策略、教學(xué)實習(xí),并分析項目評估等方面。 第五部分進(jìn)行美國多元文化教師教育項目運行的實效性考察,分析其主要成就、面臨的問題和未來發(fā)展趨勢。 最后一部分是啟示和借鑒,分析美國多元文化教師教育項目對我國教師教育借鑒的適用程度和范圍,并提出對我國教師教育項目的改進(jìn)建議。最后對本課題進(jìn)行總結(jié)、概述研究成果、不足和以后努力的方向。
[Abstract]:In 1960s, the national rejuvenation movement in the United States gave birth to the trend of multicultural education, in order to guarantee the equal rights of minority students to receive education. Educators advocate the implementation of multicultural education reform. Facing the increasingly diverse students in the classroom, teachers need to provide them with a relatively fair education, regardless of their race, nationality, language, social and economic status. However, the ability of most teachers to carry out multicultural education is limited, so multicultural education and teacher education are combined. It gave birth to multicultural teacher education. After years of development, multicultural teacher education in the United States has highlighted its own characteristics: the formation of a relatively mature multicultural teacher education theory. The American primary and secondary school teachers are mainly trained by all kinds of teacher education projects, so this topic takes the American multicultural teacher education project as the research object. This paper discusses the current practice of multicultural teacher education in the United States. It mainly focuses on the following questions: how did the multicultural teacher education project in the United States come into being and develop? What are the basic ideas? What are the training objectives, courses, content and methods? What is the effectiveness of the multicultural teacher education project? How should we recognize and evaluate the multicultural teacher education program in the United States under this new situation? What is the enlightenment to the understanding and reflection of the status quo of multicultural teacher training in China? Around the above several questions, this topic is divided into the following parts: The introduction is mainly about the problem, literature review, definition of core concepts, and research overview, and introduces the origin and research background of this topic. The first part analyzes the formation of the American multicultural teacher education project, the social background of the project, the status quo of multicultural education in primary and secondary schools, and the development history of the project in the order of time. The second part discusses the basic idea of the multicultural teacher education project, mainly analyzes several kinds of multiculturalism and social justice idea, among which the social justice idea is the core idea of the multicultural teacher education project. The third part makes a comprehensive analysis of the multicultural teacher education projects in the United States from the static level, and explains the project objectives, the principles of curriculum development, models, teaching materials and learning materials, as well as the implementation of the curriculum. Preliminary presentation of project elements. The 4th part examines the operation of the multicultural teacher education project in the United States from the dynamic aspect, understands the project personnel composition, analyzes the project operation process, including teaching strategy, teaching practice. And analyze the project evaluation and other aspects. In the 5th part, the author investigates the effectiveness of the multicultural teacher education program in the United States, and analyzes its main achievements, problems and future development trends. The last part is the enlightenment and reference, and analyzes the application and scope of the multicultural teacher education project in the United States to the reference of teacher education in our country. Finally, the author summarizes this topic, summarizes the research results, shortcomings and the direction of future efforts.
