【摘要】：隨著東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的蓬勃發(fā)展,東南亞國(guó)家之間在經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化上的交流日益頻繁。高等教育成為國(guó)與國(guó)之間重要的議題之一。中緬兩國(guó)一直保持著良好的政治互信和友好的往來。因此,兩國(guó)之間的高等教育交流與合作得到不斷的深化。 本文主要以緬甸在華留學(xué)生到華留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象,通過梳理和總結(jié)來華留學(xué)、出國(guó)留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)以及緬甸國(guó)內(nèi)出國(guó)留學(xué)生就業(yè)等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,研究和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)留學(xué)生動(dòng)機(jī)、來華留學(xué)生留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)以及緬甸在華留學(xué)生畢業(yè)就業(yè)狀況,基于馬斯洛的七層次心理需求理論自行編制問卷,對(duì)緬甸在華留學(xué)生進(jìn)行來華留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)及就業(yè)趨向進(jìn)行調(diào)查。通過對(duì)收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行探索性因子、信效度分析、不同人口特征檢驗(yàn),可得到以下結(jié)論： (1)對(duì)于緬甸在華留學(xué)生的留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)來說,無論以何種方式來劃分群體,自我實(shí)現(xiàn)需求都是最強(qiáng)烈的需求,而且絕大部分留學(xué)生選擇回到緬甸去實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的價(jià)值。(2)除自我實(shí)現(xiàn)需要之外,緬甸在華留學(xué)生的尊重需要和求美需要是最為強(qiáng)烈的。(3)大部分緬甸在華留學(xué)生均是華人／華裔,只有30%左右的人是緬甸本土人。(4)緬甸在華留學(xué)生的家庭背景絕大部分是經(jīng)商家庭,其次是公務(wù)員家庭。(5)無論以何種方式去劃分緬甸在華留學(xué)生群體,均發(fā)現(xiàn)留學(xué)生在華留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)中求知需要最弱。 然后從宏觀層面和微觀層面進(jìn)一步的探討與分析了影響緬甸在華留學(xué)生的留學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)因素。在宏觀層面,在政治上,緬甸國(guó)內(nèi)政局相對(duì)穩(wěn)定并鼓勵(lì)國(guó)民到國(guó)外接受高等教育,中國(guó)政府為留學(xué)生提供各種獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的政策保障；在經(jīng)濟(jì)上,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位越來越穩(wěn)固,中緬兩國(guó)貿(mào)易的加強(qiáng)；在行業(yè)上,緬甸正處于百業(yè)待興的時(shí)期,各行各業(yè)急需各種專業(yè)的高端人才；在文化上,華人／華裔積極傳播和吸收華文文化,希望自己的后代能夠親自來到中國(guó)感受中國(guó)文化氛圍。在微觀層面,緬甸留學(xué)生希望能夠提高自己的學(xué)術(shù)水平,提升漢語能力,為了更好的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the ASEAN economic zone , the exchange of economic and cultural exchanges between Southeast Asian countries is becoming more frequent . Higher education has become one of the most important issues between the two countries . The two countries have maintained good political mutual trust and friendly exchanges . Therefore , exchanges and cooperation between the two countries have been deepened . Based on the study of foreign students ' motivation , studying motivation of studying abroad and the employment status of foreign students abroad , this paper studies and analyzes the motivation of studying abroad , studying abroad and studying the employment situation of foreign students in China . ( 3 ) Most of the students in China are Chinese / Chinese , only about 30 % of them are local people . At the macro level , in politics , the domestic political situation of Myanmar is relatively stable and its citizens are encouraged to accept higher education abroad , the Chinese government provides various scholarships for overseas students . In the industry , Chinese people are in urgent need of high - end talents of various professions . In the industry , Chinese / Chinese people actively spread and absorb Chinese culture , and hope their future generations can come to China to feel the Chinese culture atmosphere . At the micro level , the students of Myanmar want to improve their academic level and improve their Chinese ability in order to better job opportunities .
