大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:道德責(zé)任是當(dāng)今社會(huì)的一個(gè)熱門話題,它既是我國道德規(guī)范體系的一個(gè)重要組成部分,又是衡量一個(gè)人道德覺悟和道德水平高低的重要標(biāo)志。因此,加強(qiáng)公民的道德責(zé)任教育是一個(gè)非,F(xiàn)實(shí)的問題。特別是對(duì)于大學(xué)生,他們是祖國建設(shè)的生力軍,肩負(fù)著實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的光榮使命,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的道德責(zé)任教育具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。 目前,隨著改革開放的不斷深化,新形勢(shì)和新情況不斷向道德責(zé)任教育提出新問題和新要求,道德責(zé)任教育面臨時(shí)代的重大考驗(yàn)。如何在新形勢(shì)下,盡快適應(yīng)新的變化,滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)道德責(zé)任教育的創(chuàng)新,豐富發(fā)展道德責(zé)任教育的創(chuàng)新體系,是我們當(dāng)前必須認(rèn)真思考并付諸實(shí)踐的重要問題。因此,本文立足現(xiàn)實(shí),在實(shí)事求是、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的思想指導(dǎo)下,主要從四部分進(jìn)行了大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育創(chuàng)新研究。 第一部分,論文從兩個(gè)社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問題入手,指出了該論文研究的目的和意義,梳理了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外對(duì)道德責(zé)任和道德責(zé)任教育的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了論文的研究思路和研究方法,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上分析不足,力求在本論文的研究上實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新和突破。 第二部分,對(duì)道德責(zé)任和道德責(zé)任教育進(jìn)行了概述。在分析諸多學(xué)者觀點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,闡釋了大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任和道德責(zé)任教育的內(nèi)涵,指出道德責(zé)任具有理想追求性、自覺自愿性和非對(duì)稱性三大特征,具有導(dǎo)向、教育和評(píng)價(jià)三大功能。然后分析了對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行道德責(zé)任教育的作用有三點(diǎn):有利于大學(xué)生成長成才,有利于道德教育工作改進(jìn)完善,有利于社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展。 第三部分,對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的教育原因進(jìn)行了分析。在肯定大學(xué)生對(duì)社會(huì)、他人、家庭、自然盡到道德責(zé)任的積極表現(xiàn)的同時(shí),重點(diǎn)分析了某些大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任缺失的主要表現(xiàn),包括缺乏對(duì)他人、社會(huì)、家庭、自然和自身的道德責(zé)任。并進(jìn)一步指出部分大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任缺失的最主要原因在于我們的道德責(zé)任教育存在問題,分別是道德責(zé)任教育的理念缺乏時(shí)代感和進(jìn)步性,道德責(zé)任教育的內(nèi)容缺乏先進(jìn)性和系統(tǒng)性,道德責(zé)任教育的方法缺乏創(chuàng)新性和實(shí)效性,道德責(zé)任教育的機(jī)制陳舊和滯后。 第四部分,針對(duì)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育的不足,提出了大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育創(chuàng)新的若干思路,這也是文章的重點(diǎn)所在。論文認(rèn)為,在道德責(zé)任教育理念創(chuàng)新方面,要堅(jiān)持與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、以人為本、和諧發(fā)展;在道德責(zé)任教育內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新方面,要進(jìn)行生命責(zé)任教育、榮辱觀教育、生態(tài)責(zé)任教育和自我責(zé)任教育;在道德責(zé)任教育方法創(chuàng)新方面,要運(yùn)用道德責(zé)任討論法、角色扮演法、借鑒學(xué)習(xí)法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播引導(dǎo)法;在道德責(zé)任教育機(jī)制創(chuàng)新方面,要完善道德責(zé)任教育的激勵(lì)機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化道德責(zé)任教育的制約機(jī)制、改進(jìn)道德責(zé)任教育的反饋互動(dòng)機(jī)制;在道德責(zé)任教育路徑創(chuàng)新方面,一要發(fā)揮學(xué)校、家庭和社會(huì)的三方教育合力,二要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育的良好環(huán)境,三要強(qiáng)化道德責(zé)任集體儀式。 最后,論文認(rèn)為,面對(duì)新形勢(shì)和新情況,大學(xué)生的道德責(zé)任教育創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)刻不容緩,思想政治教育工作者要緊抓創(chuàng)新主線,在道德責(zé)任教育理念、內(nèi)容、方法、機(jī)制和路徑方面努力創(chuàng)新,在探索創(chuàng)新中調(diào)整教育思路,在調(diào)整中付諸實(shí)踐,不斷推動(dòng)大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任教育全面協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)而改變大學(xué)生道德責(zé)任缺失的現(xiàn)狀,實(shí)現(xiàn)本文的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Moral responsibility is a hot topic in today's society, an important part of China's moral standard system it is, is an important symbol to measure one's moral consciousness and level. Therefore, strengthening the moral education of citizens is a very real problem. Especially for college students, they are force in the construction of the motherland, shouldering the mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, has far-reaching significance to strengthen the moral responsibility education of college students.
At present, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the new situation and continuously put forward new problems and new requirements to the education of moral responsibility, moral responsibility education is facing a major test of the time. Under the new situation how to adapt to the new changes as soon as possible to meet the needs of social development, realize the innovation of moral responsibility education, enrich the development of moral education the innovation system is an important problem we must think carefully and put it into practice at present. Therefore, this paper based on the reality, in seeking truth from facts, keep pace with the times under the guidance of the thought, mainly from the four parts of the students' moral responsibility education innovation research.
The first part, the thesis starts with two social hot topics, points out the purpose and meaning of the research, combing the current domestic and abroad of moral responsibility and its education research present situation, summarizes the research ideas and research methods, analysis on the basis of previous research, and strive to achieve a breakthrough in research and innovation in this paper.
The second part of moral responsibility and its education are summarized. Based on the analysis of many scholars' viewpoints, explains the connotation of College Students' moral responsibility and moral responsibility education, points out that moral responsibility is the pursuit of the ideal of voluntary and non symmetry of three special sign, with guidance, education and evaluation and three functions. Analysis of contemporary college students' moral responsibility has three points: the role of education is conducive to the growth of college students, is conducive to improving work of moral education, is conducive to the harmonious development of society.
The third part, current situation of contemporary college students' moral responsibility and problems of education are analysed. In others, students on the social, family, nature as a positive expression of moral responsibility at the same time, analyzed the main performance of some college students' moral responsibility, including the lack of others, society, family, nature and their moral responsibility. And further pointed out that the main reason for the lack of moral responsibility of college students moral responsibility education is part of our problems are the lack of the concept of moral responsibility education of the sense of the times and progress of the moral responsibility education content lacks the advanced and systematic method of moral responsibility education is lack of innovation and effectiveness the mechanism of moral responsibility education, old and backward.
The fourth part, due to the shortage of College Students' moral responsibility education, the paper puts forward some ideas of innovation of moral responsibility education of college students, which is the focus of the article. This paper believes that the innovation of moral responsibility education concept, to keep pace with the times, people-oriented, harmonious development; the moral responsibility education content innovation, to carry out life education responsibility education. The concept of honor and disgrace, self responsibility and ecological responsibility education; innovation in moral responsibility education, moral responsibility to use discussion method, role playing method, learning method and network communication guidance; innovation in moral education mechanism, to improve the incentive mechanism of moral responsibility education, strengthen the restriction mechanism of moral responsibility education feedback, interaction mechanism of moral responsibility education in moral education improvement; path of innovation, to play a school, family and society The three party education combined force, two to create a good environment for moral responsibility education for college students, and three to strengthen the collective ritual of moral responsibility.
Finally, the paper believes that in the face of the new situation and new situation, education innovation of College Students' moral responsibility is imperative, the workers of Ideological and political education innovation to seize the main line, in the moral education idea, content, method, mechanism and path of innovation in education, explore the idea of the adjustment and innovation, put into practice in the adjustment, and constantly promote the development of College Students' moral responsibility education for all-round coordination, and change the status of College Students' lack of moral responsibility, theory and practice to realize the value of this paper.
