高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與成熟度評測研究

【摘要】:跨學(xué)科研究是解決復(fù)雜問題的根本所在。高等學(xué)校學(xué)科群聚使得跨學(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)的建立成為可能,但是,學(xué)科文化要素的差異與沖突、大學(xué)科層制的組織架構(gòu)及制度制衡又阻礙其發(fā)展,高校跨學(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展與促進(jìn)就成為當(dāng)前迫切需要研究并解決問題。本文在分析界定高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)等基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上,對高?鐚W(xué)科建設(shè)、高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展等狀況進(jìn)行了比較分析,并通過對高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度的內(nèi)涵與特性的界定,給出了高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度的一個表達(dá)框架,設(shè)計了高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度的評測模型,對若干高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)的成熟度進(jìn)行了評測分析,獲得了相關(guān)的評測結(jié)論。同時,本文進(jìn)行了高校跨學(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)的關(guān)聯(lián)制度設(shè)計,并進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的制度安排,還進(jìn)行了高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)組織模式與組織運(yùn)行方式的設(shè)計,并就高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)的自提升運(yùn)作機(jī)制、高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)資源支持體系進(jìn)行了研究。主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)有以下三個方面:(1)提出了高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)的概念,研究了其行為及成果特性,并在典型團(tuán)隊(duì)與標(biāo)志性成果統(tǒng)計分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了團(tuán)隊(duì)年齡構(gòu)成、職稱構(gòu)成、學(xué)歷構(gòu)成與標(biāo)志成果數(shù)量、跨度及水平之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,提出高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度不僅具有表達(dá)性,而且具有可測性。(2)提出了高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度的概念,建立了高校跨學(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度的階段表達(dá)框架和量化衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,基于等級成熟水平值、類生長曲線和變限積分的成熟累積度構(gòu)建了團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度的系統(tǒng)測度模型,選取典型團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行了評測解析,獲得了一系列有效的結(jié)論,并初步改觀了前期各類成熟度模型無量化的計量狀態(tài)。(3)基于現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,從制度安排、組織建設(shè)、自提升機(jī)制和資源支持等四個層面就高?鐚W(xué)科知識團(tuán)隊(duì)成熟度提升問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化的研究,并分析選擇了相關(guān)的提升方案,提出了一攬子政策建議。
[Abstract]:Interdisciplinary research is the root of solving complex problems. Discipline clustering in colleges and universities makes the establishment of interdisciplinary knowledge team possible, but the differences and conflicts of cultural elements of discipline. The organizational structure and institutional checks and balances of the large-scale disciplinary stratification system hinder its development. The development and promotion of interdisciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities has become an urgent need to study and solve problems. Based on the analysis and definition of the basic concepts of interdisciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the interdisciplinary construction of colleges and universities. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the development of interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities, and defines the connotation and characteristics of the maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities. This paper presents an expression framework of the maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities, designs the evaluation model of the maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities, and evaluates and analyzes the maturity of some interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities. At the same time, this paper designs the related system of cross-disciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities, and further carries out the relevant institutional arrangements. It also designs the organization mode and operation mode of the interdisciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities, and the self-promotion operation mechanism of the cross-disciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities. This paper studies the resource support system of interdisciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities. The main innovation points are as follows: 1) the concept of interdisciplinary knowledge team is put forward, and its behavior and achievement characteristics are studied. And on the basis of the statistical analysis of typical team and iconic results, this paper studies the relationship between the age composition of the team, the composition of professional title, the composition of academic qualifications and the number, span and level of the marked results. This paper points out that the maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge team is not only expressive but also testable) and puts forward the concept of maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge team in colleges and universities. This paper establishes the stage expression framework and the quantitative measurement standard system of the maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities, based on the level of maturity. The system measure model of team maturity is constructed by the maturation cumulative degree of class growth curve and variation integral. The typical team is selected to evaluate and analyze, and a series of effective conclusions are obtained. And the preliminary improvement of various pre-maturity models without quantitative measurement status. 3) based on the actual needs, from the institutional arrangements, organizational construction. From the four aspects of promotion mechanism and resource support, this paper makes a systematic study on the improvement of the maturity of interdisciplinary knowledge teams in colleges and universities, analyzes and selects the relevant promotion schemes, and puts forward a package of policy recommendations.
