【摘要】:“創(chuàng)新是一個民族進(jìn)步的靈魂,是一個國家興旺發(fā)達(dá)的不竭動力!闭f明創(chuàng)新對國家社會發(fā)展所起到的支撐作用,當(dāng)前,創(chuàng)新的主體主要是從事一線科研工作的專家學(xué)者,作為未來國家棟梁的大學(xué)生群體,其創(chuàng)新能力的狀況將對社會發(fā)展進(jìn)程起著承傳的決定性地位,因此,大學(xué)生是創(chuàng)新精神和創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的一個非常重要的群體,本文借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界先期研究的成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)師范院校的實(shí)際為突破口探尋大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的研究對策。通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談等形式探討欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)地方師范院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的實(shí)際情況,并提出相應(yīng)的對策,以此促進(jìn)高等學(xué)校教育的交流與發(fā)展。 創(chuàng)新不僅是一個教育主管部門的事情,也需要全社會積極的引導(dǎo),誠然也是大學(xué)生必須面對的重大課題,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識、創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)新能力的高低直接關(guān)系著國家民族的前途和命運(yùn)。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新要具備知識、自信、懷疑、實(shí)踐等理念。推動大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新,要發(fā)揮高校的教育功能,文化陣營的育人功能,社會實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的延伸功能,制度的保障功能和評價(jià)體系的促進(jìn)功能。 本文從跨學(xué)科的角度對欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)地方性大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力問題進(jìn)行研究,以調(diào)查研究法為主線,以交流、座談、調(diào)查問卷方式為輔線,結(jié)合地方性師院類院校的專業(yè)設(shè)置、人才培養(yǎng)模式、動手能力、思維模式等相關(guān)特征入手。全文從三個部分展開,第一部分論述關(guān)于欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)地方性示范院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀、缺失、緣由及述評分析;第二部分論述欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)地方性示范院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力類型及其特征;第三部分論述針對欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)地方性示范院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力提高分析及解決路徑。力求做到讓讀者或教育工作者對高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力概念有更全面的認(rèn)識理解,同時對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新性的實(shí)施路徑有更新更清晰和深入的思考。
[Abstract]:"Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and the inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country." The main body of innovation is mainly engaged in front-line scientific research experts and scholars, as the future pillars of the national college students, its innovative ability will play a decisive role in the process of social development. College students are a very important group in the cultivation of innovation spirit and ability. Combined with the reality of the less-developed normal colleges and universities as a breakthrough to explore the innovative ability of college students research countermeasures, through a questionnaire survey. This paper probes into the actual situation of the innovative ability of the local normal college students in the underdeveloped areas and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the exchange and development of the higher education. Innovation is not only a matter of education department, but also needs the positive guidance of the whole society. Indeed, it is also a major subject that college students must face. The level of innovation ability is directly related to the future and fate of the nation. College students must have knowledge, self-confidence, doubt, practice and other concepts to innovate. To promote the innovation of college students, we should give full play to the educational function of colleges and universities. The educational function of cultural camp, the extension function of social practice, the safeguard function of system and the promotion function of evaluation system. This paper studies the innovation ability of local college students in underdeveloped areas from an interdisciplinary point of view, taking the method of investigation and research as the main line, exchange, discussion and questionnaire as the auxiliary line. Combined with the local normal colleges and universities of the professional setting, talent training model, hands-on ability, thinking mode and other related characteristics. The full text from three parts. The first part discusses the status quo, lack, reason and analysis of the innovation ability of the local model college students in the underdeveloped areas. The second part discusses the types and characteristics of the innovative ability of the local model college students in the underdeveloped areas. The third part discusses how to improve the innovative ability of college students in less-developed areas. It tries to make readers or educators have a more comprehensive understanding of the concept of innovative ability of college students. Solution. At the same time, the innovative implementation of the path of college students has updated clearer and more in-depth thinking.
