【摘要】：在當前國內(nèi)外各種突發(fā)性事件高發(fā)的大環(huán)境下，高校校園危機若處理不當則可能演變成社會危機。因此，增強高校危機管理意識，構(gòu)建高校危機教育干預(yù)體系，預(yù)防危機事件的發(fā)生，應(yīng)成為當前我國高校管理中必須給予足夠重視和切實解決的問題。 目前，高校危機教育體系存在干預(yù)研究需要整合、初步研究需要深化、外國研究需要本土化、純理論研究需要可操作化等問題。我國高校危機教育干預(yù)還停留在單純的危機事件應(yīng)對的階段，而沒有上升到宏觀的理論高度，沒有將高校危機干預(yù)作為一個系統(tǒng)來加以研究。我國高校危機干預(yù)存在的缺陷與不足有：高校危機預(yù)案缺乏科學(xué)性和實用性，，危機干預(yù)機構(gòu)設(shè)置不健全和干預(yù)體制不合理。 結(jié)合國外高校危機干預(yù)體系的成功案例以及我國高校危機干預(yù)存在的問題，從高校校園危機的教育體系干預(yù)的角度出發(fā)，應(yīng)樹立教育體系干預(yù)的理念導(dǎo)向，提高預(yù)防環(huán)節(jié)中的教育力度和演習(xí)規(guī)模，在校園危機預(yù)案的可行性和科學(xué)性方面予以重視和考量，并完善相應(yīng)的干預(yù)體系機制。此外，通過教育體系干預(yù)作用處理好校園危機恢復(fù)工作也是相當重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstances of high incidence of sudden events at home and abroad, college campus crisis may evolve into a social crisis if it is not properly handled. Therefore, strengthen the awareness of crisis management in colleges and universities, and build a crisis education intervention system in colleges and universities. To prevent the occurrence of crisis events should become a problem that must be paid enough attention to and solved in the management of colleges and universities in our country at present. At present, the crisis education system of colleges and universities need to integrate the intervention research, the preliminary research needs to be deepened, and the foreign research needs to be localized. The pure theory research needs to be operable and so on. The intervention of crisis education in colleges and universities in our country is still in the stage of pure crisis event response, but it has not risen to the macro theoretical level. The crisis intervention in colleges and universities has not been studied as a system. The defects and shortcomings of the crisis intervention in colleges and universities are: the lack of scientificalness and practicability of the crisis plan in colleges and universities. The establishment of crisis intervention institutions is not perfect and the intervention system is unreasonable. Combined with the successful cases of the crisis intervention system in foreign universities and the problems existing in the crisis intervention in our country, from the angle of the education system intervention of the university campus crisis, we should set up the concept guidance of the education system intervention. In order to improve the education and exercise scale in the prevention link, the feasibility and scientific aspects of the campus crisis plan should be paid attention to and considered, and the corresponding intervention system mechanism should be improved. It is also very important to deal with the crisis recovery through the intervention of education system.
