【摘要】：校友,作為一種重要的社會(huì)資源,已經(jīng)越來(lái)越受到高校的重視。自上世紀(jì)七十年代末期恢復(fù)高考制度以來(lái),我國(guó)高校的校友工作經(jīng)歷了從稀有到普遍、從單一機(jī)構(gòu)到整體布局的探索之路,無(wú)論是在校友工作的理論性研究,還是工作實(shí)踐的摸索方面,都取得了較大的發(fā)展。保護(hù)和利用校友資源是學(xué)校發(fā)展的需要,同時(shí)也是高等教育社會(huì)服務(wù)職能的延伸。目前國(guó)內(nèi)各高校普遍十分重視校友工作,創(chuàng)新工作機(jī)制,使得校友工作展現(xiàn)出了前所未有的大好局面。2007年,上海電力學(xué)院成立了獨(dú)立的校友工作機(jī)構(gòu),但由于仍然沒(méi)有將校友工作置于學(xué)校戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展之層面進(jìn)行全盤(pán)規(guī)劃,缺乏了學(xué)校整體發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)性思考,因而使校友工作難以深入地開(kāi)展。變革現(xiàn)有的校友工作組織機(jī)構(gòu),構(gòu)建一個(gè)高效、系統(tǒng)的校友運(yùn)作體系顯得尤為迫切。本課題完成的工作主要有以下幾個(gè)方面： (1)研究國(guó)外(尤其是以美國(guó)為代表)的高校校友工作之發(fā)展以及組織模式、工作特點(diǎn),引以對(duì)我國(guó)高校校友工作探究的借鑒。 (2)研究我國(guó)的高校校友工作的發(fā)展歷程、校友工作現(xiàn)狀及各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),同時(shí),還對(duì)目前高校的校友工作所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)作了簡(jiǎn)要地研究分析。 (3)在對(duì)上海電力學(xué)院及其校友特性進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外高校的校友工作先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目范圍管理的基本理論,采用逆向工作模式理念,從工作體系終端的校友層面出發(fā),以學(xué)校發(fā)展需求為最終目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)出了一套在現(xiàn)有條件下最為理想高效的校友運(yùn)作體系,并為使體系能正常高效地運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)而設(shè)計(jì)了與之相匹配的校友工作組織機(jī)構(gòu)。 將項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法引入非營(yíng)利性組織以交付無(wú)形產(chǎn)品為特征的服務(wù)型項(xiàng)目,將行政管理與項(xiàng)目管理理論相結(jié)合,這是對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)新的嘗試。本課題以校友工作為研究切入點(diǎn),引入了項(xiàng)目范圍管理的概念,用逆向工作模式的設(shè)計(jì)理念,以上海電力學(xué)院為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該高校校友運(yùn)作體系進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新研究和設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Alumni, as an important social resource, have been paid more and more attention by colleges and universities. Since the restoration of college entrance examination system in the end of -30s, alumni work in our country has experienced from rare to universal. From a single organization to the overall layout of the exploration road, whether in the alumni work of theoretical research, or work practice groping. The protection and utilization of alumni resources is not only the need of the development of the school, but also the extension of the social service function of higher education. At present, all colleges and universities in China attach great importance to alumni work. In 2007, the Shanghai Institute of Electric Power set up an independent alumni work organization. However, because the alumni work has not been placed in the school strategic development level for overall planning, lack of systematic thinking of the overall development of the school. As a result, it is difficult to carry out the alumni work in depth. The alumni operation system of the system is particularly urgent. The main work of this project is as follows: 1) to study the development, organization pattern and work characteristics of alumni work abroad, especially in the United States, and to draw lessons from the exploration of alumni work in our country. This paper studies the development course of alumni work in colleges and universities in China, the present situation of alumni work and their respective advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, it also makes a brief study and analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by alumni work in colleges and universities at present. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of Shanghai Electric Power Institute and its alumni, using the advanced experience of alumni work at home and abroad, applying the basic theory of project scope management, adopting the concept of reverse work mode. Starting from the alumni level of the work system terminal and taking the development needs of the school as the ultimate goal, this paper designs a set of ideal and efficient alumni operation system under the existing conditions. In order to make the system work properly and efficiently, the corresponding organization of alumni work is designed. This paper introduces the theory and method of project management into the service-oriented projects which are characterized by the delivery of intangible products in non-profit organizations, and combines the theory of administration with the theory of project management. This is a new attempt in the field of project management application. In this paper, the concept of project scope management is introduced and the design idea of reverse work pattern is used. Taking Shanghai Electric Power College as the research object, this paper studies and designs and develops the alumni operation system of the university.
