【摘要】：ACT是美國(guó)重要的大學(xué)入學(xué)考試之一,經(jīng)歷了五十多年的發(fā)展演變。通過(guò)對(duì)搜集的一手文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行歸納分析發(fā)現(xiàn),作為一種適用范圍廣泛的大規(guī)模入學(xué)考試,ACT的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展是美國(guó)教育發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物,它的產(chǎn)生原因、功能發(fā)揮、改革歷程、招生管理對(duì)完善我國(guó)高校招生考試制度有著重要的借鑒意義。 ACT五十多年的演變歷程遵循了一條“自下而上”的路線(xiàn),前三十年考試本身經(jīng)歷的變化極小,其變化主要體現(xiàn)在組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)不斷細(xì)化,為學(xué)生提供的考試服務(wù)不斷完善；后二十多年考試的變革主要體現(xiàn)在內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)、試題難度及考試題型,根據(jù)中學(xué)教育的需求進(jìn)行調(diào)整,使得ACT能夠?yàn)榇髮W(xué)、中學(xué)及學(xué)生提供良好的服務(wù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)入學(xué)。此外,ACT的診斷與反饋、指導(dǎo)與預(yù)測(cè)功能都得到了較為充分的發(fā)揮,ACT自身功能的發(fā)揮尤其反饋與指導(dǎo)功能的發(fā)揮,也有利于ACT的改革適時(shí)、穩(wěn)妥地進(jìn)行。ACT成績(jī)與SAT成績(jī)都只是美國(guó)大學(xué)招生綜合選拔的參考指標(biāo)之一。ACT與SAT都是服務(wù)于美國(guó)教育的大規(guī)�？荚�,篩選、配置合格的學(xué)生到不同大學(xué)、不同專(zhuān)業(yè)是其職責(zé)之所在。ACT與SAT由“各自為戰(zhàn)”到考試偏向上的一定程度融合,是美國(guó)大學(xué)入學(xué)考試改革的一個(gè)重要趨勢(shì)。 本文由緒論、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)組成。緒論包括研究背景、意義和目的；基本概念、研究思路和研究方法；研究現(xiàn)狀。正文部分包括三章：第二章主要敘述美國(guó)大學(xué)入學(xué)考試制度的歷史演進(jìn)、分析ACT產(chǎn)生的原因并對(duì)1959年ACT首次實(shí)施的概況進(jìn)行必要的介紹；第三章著重梳理ACT在不同歷史階段所進(jìn)行的改革；第四章從ACT與SAT的差別、覆蓋范圍與考試偏向、分?jǐn)?shù)換算等角度論述了兩者的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系并分析了ACT的招考趨勢(shì)。結(jié)語(yǔ)部分是研究的結(jié)論、啟示以及研究初衷與不足。
[Abstract]:ACT is one of the most important American college entrance examination, has experienced more than 50 years of evolution. Based on the collected first-hand literature summarized analysis found that large-scale entrance examination as a wide range of application, the generation and development of ACT is the product of the development of a certain stage of education, reason, its function play, the reform process of enrollment management has the important significance to improve China's college entrance examination system.
ACT more than 50 years of evolution followed a "bottom-up" route, thirty years before the test itself through little change, the change is mainly reflected in the organization continues to refine and test service for students to constantly improve; more than 20 years after the examination of the change is mainly reflected in the content structure, the difficulty of the questions and examination questions, adjusted according to the demand of middle school education, makes the ACT for the University, middle school students and to provide a good service for university entrance. In addition, the diagnosis of ACT and feedback, guidance and prediction function has been more fully play, play ACT own functions especially the feedback and guidance function, also conducive to reform ACT the timely, safe and to.ACT and SAT scores are only the comprehensive selection of college admissions reference index of.ACT and SAT are large-scale education services in the United States Mold test, screening, configuration of qualified students to different universities, different specialty is its role in.ACT and SAT by the "examination on the bias to fight the enemy separately" a certain degree of integration is an important trend of reform of college entrance examination in the United States.
This paper consists of introduction, text and epilogue. The introduction includes the research background, purpose and significance; the basic concepts, research ideas and research methods; research status quo. The text includes three chapters: the second chapter mainly describes the historical evolution of the American college entrance examination system, of cause analysis produced by ACT and ACT in 1959 for the first time the implementation of the necessary the third chapter combs the reform; ACT in different historical stages; the fourth chapter from the ACT and SAT difference coverage and test bias, score conversion point of view on the relationship between the two and the analysis of the recruiting trend of ACT. The last part is the conclusion of the study, implications and research intention and shortcomings.
