【摘要】：地方本科高校由于各具特色的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和龐大數(shù)量，承擔(dān)著為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步培養(yǎng)人才的關(guān)鍵角色。而各高校如何根據(jù)自身發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)辦學(xué)情況，準(zhǔn)確地定位人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)，進(jìn)而采取切實(shí)有效的人才培養(yǎng)措施，形成具有特色的本科高校人才培養(yǎng)范式，培育出各有所長、各具特色、服務(wù)地方發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才，，滿足社會對人才的全方位、立體化需求，是一個需要迫切解決的問題。然而，由于現(xiàn)階段地方高校人才培養(yǎng)理論的滯后性，還沒有形成公認(rèn)的理論，缺少對地方高校人才培養(yǎng)范式的關(guān)鍵影響因素的分析，因而阻礙了地方高校人才培養(yǎng)特色的形成。 針對目前地方本科高校人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題，本文主要基于文獻(xiàn)研究、案例研究，考察和歸納地方本科高校人才培養(yǎng)特色的范式，分析得出制約地方本科高校人才培養(yǎng)的因素和問題，并為進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。 在簡要分析國內(nèi)外高校人才培養(yǎng)理論相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，首先，按照人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的不同，結(jié)合研究案例分別對應(yīng)用型、研究型、復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng)的特色進(jìn)行了分析。其次，進(jìn)一步從人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)T(Target)、過程P(Process)、結(jié)果R(Results)三個方面，總結(jié)地方本科高校應(yīng)用型、研究型和復(fù)合型人才培養(yǎng)的特色范式，并分析了目前地方本科高校在人才培養(yǎng)方面存在的問題。再次，依據(jù)得到的人才培養(yǎng)范式，嘗試采用改進(jìn)AHP方法，通過人才培養(yǎng)中各要素對特色形成的貢獻(xiàn)，評判地方本科高校人才培養(yǎng)的特色程度。最后，針對地方本科高校在人才培養(yǎng)的特色范式形成上存在的問題，提出地方本科高校人才培養(yǎng)特色發(fā)展的對策建議。本文工作對于我國地方本科高校人才培養(yǎng)的特色發(fā)展和完善起到了理論參考的作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the development of local universities and a large number of unique advantages, plays a key role for local economic development and social progress in cultivating talents. Universities according to their own development history and actual running situation, accurate positioning of personnel training objectives, and take effective measures to cultivate talents, to form a paradigm of undergraduate training college with features, cultivate high-quality talents with their own characteristics, each one has his good points, serving local development, meet the society to talented person's all-round, three-dimensional needs, is an urgent need to address the problem. However, because the present theory of cultivating talents in local colleges and universities lag behind, has not formed the accepted theory, the lack of analysis of factors the key effect of paradigm cultivation of talents in local universities, which hindered the formation of the characteristics of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities.
In view of the existing local undergraduate talent training in colleges, this paper based on the case study, literature research, investigation and induction of talents in local colleges and universities training characteristic paradigm, analysis of constraints and problems of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities, and puts forward relevant suggestions for further development.
After a brief analysis of the domestic and foreign talents training in Colleges and Universities Based on the status quo of relevant theoretical research, firstly, according to the training objectives of the different combination of case studies of the application type, research, compound talents training were analyzed characteristics. Secondly, further from the training target of T (Target), P (Process) the results, R (Results) three aspects, summarizes the application of local universities, research and talents cultivation characteristics of the paradigm, and analyzes the current local undergraduate colleges and universities cultivate the problems existing in the talents. Thirdly, according to the personnel training pattern, try using the improved AHP method, the elements of talent cultivation special contribution to the formation of the characteristics of local universities, the talent training evaluation. Finally, according to the local colleges and universities in the talent training characteristics of paradigm on the existing problems, put forward local colleges Countermeasures and suggestions for the development of personnel training in schools. This work plays a theoretical reference role for the development and improvement of talents training in local undergraduate universities.
