【摘要】：導向指的是引導的方向，有正導向和負導向兩個方面。導向功能是一事物引導另一事物朝著某一方向發(fā)展時所發(fā)揮的積極有利作用。思想政治教育導向功能是指思想政治教育對教育對象的思想和行為進行引導時所能發(fā)揮的積極有利作用。高校思想政治教育導向功能是以我國高校作為思想政治教育實踐活動的開展機構，按照國家、社會的發(fā)展要求，在堅持正確引導方向的前提下，有目的、有計劃、有組織的對人們尤其是大學生的思想、行為加以引導時所產生的積極有利作用。其具有伴隨大學生思想道德素質提高全過程的客觀必然性，具有馬克思主義一元主導下的多方面發(fā)展性，具有伴隨著社會發(fā)展而發(fā)展的特點。高校思想政治教育導向功能是不斷探索和完善自身實現路徑的需要，是高校思想政治教育理論創(chuàng)新的需要，也是促進大學生全面發(fā)展的需要。目前高校思想政治教育導向功能發(fā)揮存在著馬克思主義主導地位削弱，導向功能發(fā)揮合力欠缺，導向效果的實效性不足等主要問題。這歸因于全球化背景下多元文化的消極影響，，市場經濟條件下功利化傾向的危害，網絡和社會信息化發(fā)展所帶來的負面影響。新時期，發(fā)揮好高校思想政治教育導向功能需要加強馬克思主義的一元主導以鞏固導向地位，營造良好校園文化氛圍以緩解導向壓力，發(fā)揮思想政治理論課程作用以增強導向效果。
[Abstract]:Guidance refers to the direction of guidance, there are two aspects of positive direction and negative direction. The guiding function is the positive and beneficial effect that one thing leads the other thing to develop in a certain direction. The guiding function of Ideological and political education refers to the positive and beneficial effect that ideological and political education can play when guiding the thought and behavior of the object of education. The guidance of Ideological and political education function in China's colleges and universities as institutions to carry out the practice of Ideological and political education, in accordance with the development of the country, society, adhering to the correct guidance direction, objective, plan and organization of people especially the thought and behavior of college students have to guide the positive effect. It has the objective necessity of improving the ideological and moral quality of college students. It has many characteristics of development under the guidance of Marx doctrine and has the characteristics of development along with the development of society. The guiding function of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is to constantly explore and improve the needs of their own realization path. It is also the need for University Ideological and political education theory innovation, and is also the need to promote the all-round development of college students. At present, the main functions of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities are the weakening of the dominant position of Marx doctrine, the lack of guidance function, the lack of effectiveness in guiding effect and so on. This is due to the negative influence of multiculturalism under globalization, the harm of utilitarian tendency under market economy, and the negative effects brought by the development of Internet and social informatization. In the new era, giving full play to the guiding function of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, we need to strengthen Marx's dominance in order to consolidate the leading position and create a good campus culture atmosphere so as to relieve the pressure of guidance and bring into play the role of Ideological and political theory course to enhance the guiding effect.
