盡管關(guān)于人際沖突的研究一直為傳播學(xué)學(xué)者們所熱衷,但對于友誼沖突的關(guān)注度并不甚高。實(shí)際上,友誼并非是不摻雜矛盾沖突或消極情緒的完美關(guān)系。通過采訪上海市高校男女大學(xué)生各十名,本研究試圖從動態(tài),女性,本土人際三大視角揭示和比較男女的同性友誼沖突處理方式。本論文兩大研究問題為:1.上海市男女大學(xué)生如何處理其同性友誼中沖突;2.其中存在哪些性別共同點(diǎn)和差異。本論文首先對文中涉及到的關(guān)鍵概念和國內(nèi)外重要理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。尤其是關(guān)于沖突方式模型的演變和發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于中國文化處理沖突的特點(diǎn)的分析,和性別研究的方法,文獻(xiàn)回顧部分均有詳細(xì)介紹。主體部分主要從以下五個(gè)方面分別對同性友誼沖突進(jìn)行分析:對同性友誼和友誼沖突的感知認(rèn)識,沖突原因,沖突定向,沖突反應(yīng),和沖突結(jié)果。根據(jù)二元利益模型提出的五種基本沖突策略以及Ting-Toomey和Oetzel（2001）在其基礎(chǔ)上補(bǔ)充的另外三大沖突方式,本研究總結(jié)了七大同性友誼沖突方式:說,遷就,對抗,撫慰,折衷,第三方介入和退避。研究總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn),盡管男女大學(xué)生在同性友誼沖突中存在一些差異,但總體上仍然是相似性大于差異性。這與Thompson（1990）總結(jié)的偶然因...
