北京大學(xué)科學(xué)儀器公共平臺(tái)的建設(shè)與探索

【摘要】:北京大學(xué)校級(jí)科學(xué)儀器公共平臺(tái)是國(guó)家和學(xué)校投入大規(guī)模資金建設(shè)的大型科學(xué)裝置、設(shè)施或儀器群,是學(xué)校為支撐創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)、關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域科學(xué)研究和多學(xué)科發(fā)展而進(jìn)行的重要部署。學(xué)校通過平臺(tái)建設(shè),推動(dòng)了教學(xué)和科研成果產(chǎn)出,促進(jìn)了多學(xué)科交叉融合與共同繁榮,提高了資源使用效率和效益,匯聚和穩(wěn)定了高層次科技人才,傳播并推廣了科技資源共享理念。通過分析平臺(tái)的功能定位,闡述北京大學(xué)平臺(tái)的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,并重點(diǎn)圍繞平臺(tái)績(jī)效考評(píng)、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、資源開放共享、經(jīng)費(fèi)保障體系、準(zhǔn)入與退出機(jī)制等核心問題進(jìn)行討論,旨在與有關(guān)院校及科研機(jī)構(gòu)的同行廣泛交流,共同提高,為科學(xué)儀器公共平臺(tái)建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:The public platform of scientific instruments at the school level of Peking University is a large-scale scientific device, facility or instrument group invested by the state and the school in the construction of large-scale funds. It is an important deployment for the school to support the cultivation of innovative talents, scientific research in key fields and multi-disciplinary development. Through the construction of the platform, the school has promoted the output of teaching and scientific research results, promoted the interdisciplinary integration and common prosperity, improved the efficiency and efficiency of resource use, converged and stabilized high-level scientific and technological talents, and spread and popularized the concept of sharing scientific and technological resources. By analyzing the functional orientation of the platform, this paper expounds the present situation of the construction of Peking University platform, and focuses on the core issues such as platform performance evaluation, talent team construction, resource opening and sharing, fund guarantee system, access and exit mechanism, in order to communicate widely with the peers of relevant colleges and scientific research institutions, jointly improve, and contribute to the construction of scientific instrument public platform.
