【摘要】：高校集群的概念最初源自產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，是集群概念在非營利性機(jī)構(gòu)高校集聚現(xiàn)象中的應(yīng)用和延伸，伴隨大學(xué)城建設(shè)的如火如荼，高校集群的概念也逐漸的深入人心。此外，隨著知識管理成為學(xué)者們研究的熱點(diǎn)，知識共享也開始作為一個獨(dú)立的環(huán)節(jié)從知識管理中脫離出來，逐漸成為學(xué)者們所感興趣并開始研究的熱點(diǎn)�；诟咝＜旱纳钊肴诵募爸R共享的重要性，，尤其是作為知識密集型組織高校間知識共享的重要性，本文從演化博弈的新的視角對高校集群知識共享的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了分析研究。 本篇論文文共有五章，第一章是緒論，主要說明了本文的研究背景、研究意義、論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及研究工具。第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述，主要介紹了知識、知識共享并分析高校集群中高校間知識共享的可能性和與此相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外的研究文獻(xiàn)。第三章主要是利用演化博弈論的工具研究了兩水平相當(dāng)?shù)母咝ｉg的知識共享，并給出了一些合理的建議。第四章研究了集群中實(shí)力不同的高校間的知識共享并給出了一定的建議。第五章是結(jié)論與展望。本論文的主要研究工作如下： ⑴本文對高校集群、知識共享等進(jìn)行回顧和梳理，總結(jié)了高校集群、知識及知識共享的定義，并給出了知識的分類、特征、及知識共享的影響因素。在充分探究了演化博弈理論的特點(diǎn)及其適用范圍和前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了高校集群中高校間知識共享的演化博弈模型。 ⑵第三章和第四章主要利用演化博弈中的復(fù)制子動態(tài)工具，分別采用不同的方法，分析了實(shí)力相同和實(shí)力不同的高校間的知識共享，得出了影響高校間知識共享達(dá)成的因素有知識擁有量、互補(bǔ)性知識比例、知識吸收能力、創(chuàng)新收益系數(shù)、風(fēng)險系數(shù)等，并在每一章的結(jié)論部分關(guān)于高校間的知識共享都給出了一定的可行性意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The concept of university cluster originated from industrial cluster, which is the application and extension of cluster concept in the phenomenon of university agglomeration in non-profit organizations. With the construction of university city in full swing, the concept of university cluster is gradually deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In addition, as knowledge management has become the focus of scholars' research, knowledge sharing has begun to be separated from knowledge management as an independent link, and has gradually become the focus of interest and research of scholars. Based on the popularity of university clusters and the importance of knowledge sharing, especially as the importance of knowledge sharing among colleges and universities in knowledge-intensive organizations, this paper analyzes and studies the related problems of knowledge sharing in university clusters from a new perspective of evolutionary game. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly explains the research background, research significance, innovation point and research tools of this paper. The second chapter is a literature review, which mainly introduces knowledge, knowledge sharing and analyzes the possibility of knowledge sharing among colleges and universities in university clusters and the related research literature at home and abroad. The third chapter mainly uses the tool of evolutionary game theory to study the knowledge sharing between the two levels of colleges and universities, and gives some reasonable suggestions. The fourth chapter studies the knowledge sharing among colleges and universities with different strengths in the cluster and gives some suggestions. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1 this paper reviews and combs the university cluster, knowledge sharing and so on, summarizes the definition of university cluster, knowledge and knowledge sharing, and gives the classification, characteristics and influencing factors of knowledge sharing. On the basis of fully exploring the characteristics and applicable scope of evolutionary game theory and previous studies, the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing among colleges and universities in university clusters is constructed. The third chapter and the fourth chapter mainly use the replicator dynamic tool in evolutionary game to analyze the knowledge sharing among colleges and universities with the same strength and different strength, respectively, and obtain that the factors that affect the knowledge sharing among colleges and universities are knowledge ownership, complementary knowledge ratio, knowledge absorption ability, innovation income coefficient, risk coefficient and so on. In the conclusion part of each chapter, some feasible opinions and suggestions on knowledge sharing among colleges and universities are given.
