WKD城市學(xué)院教師績效考核體系探討

【摘要】:獨立學(xué)院作為普通高等高等教育本科和?茖哟蔚霓k學(xué)機制以及辦學(xué)模式的創(chuàng)新項目,作為擴張高等學(xué)校規(guī)模以及高等教育資源的重要途徑,同樣需要為國家培養(yǎng)出綜合素養(yǎng)高的專門型人才,同樣要求建立一支高素養(yǎng)的教師隊伍,這就決定了對教師隊伍建設(shè)有著特殊的要求。獨立學(xué)院由于自身的獨特優(yōu)勢,近幾年來獲得了迅速發(fā)展,教育在發(fā)展同時也面臨著日趨激烈的競爭,而高校之間的競爭,說到底是人才的競爭。能否在激烈的競爭中立于不敗之地,師資隊伍是至關(guān)重要的一環(huán)。培養(yǎng)一支政治素質(zhì)過硬、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、人員穩(wěn)定的教師隊伍是促進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。大多數(shù)獨立學(xué)院目前采用的教師績效考核體系存在考評指標(biāo)粗糙、評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模糊等問題,基本無法適應(yīng)新興的獨立學(xué)院的發(fā)展情況以及現(xiàn)行高等教育迅速發(fā)展。因此,,如何優(yōu)化或改進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院教師現(xiàn)行的績效考核指標(biāo)體系是人力資源管理部門面臨的一個重要課題。 本文通過闡述績效考核的有關(guān)理論和考察我國獨立學(xué)院績效考核的目的、現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,探討?yīng)毩W(xué)院教師績效考核體系構(gòu)建的基本內(nèi)容。通過對WKD城市學(xué)院績效考核實踐活動的深入調(diào)查分析,提出該院在績效考核過程中存在的主要問題并分析原因,最后以PCA為理論指導(dǎo),對WKD城市學(xué)院績效考核體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計,并利用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS18對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了檢驗。建立科學(xué)的、公平的考核指標(biāo),通過嚴(yán)格的、公正的考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來評定教師的工作能力和工作水平,開創(chuàng)獨立學(xué)院教師績效考核的新方法,加強對教師行為的控制,更能有效提高獨立學(xué)院的教師工作績效的考核體系來提高獨立學(xué)院的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院教師教學(xué)工作的積極性培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量人才,促進(jìn)獨立學(xué)院教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn),為獨立學(xué)院績效考核開辟新的前景,其研究具有積極的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:As an important way to expand the scale of colleges and universities and the resources of higher education, as an important way to expand the scale of colleges and universities and the resources of higher education, independent colleges and universities, as an innovative project at the undergraduate and specialist levels of general higher education, also need to train specialized talents with high comprehensive literacy for the country, and also require the establishment of a team of high-quality teachers, which determines that there are special requirements for the construction of teachers. Because of its own unique advantages, independent colleges have developed rapidly in recent years. Education is also facing increasingly fierce competition in the development of education, and the competition between colleges and universities is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. Whether or not to remain invincible in the fierce competition, the teaching staff is a vital link. It is the key factor to promote the healthy development of independent colleges to cultivate a team of teachers with excellent political quality, reasonable structure, exquisite business and stable personnel. The teacher performance appraisal system adopted by most independent colleges at present has some problems, such as rough evaluation index and vague evaluation standard, which can not adapt to the development of the new independent college and the rapid development of the current higher education. Therefore, how to optimize or improve the current performance evaluation index system of teachers in independent colleges is an important issue faced by human resources management departments. By expounding the relevant theories of performance appraisal and investigating the purpose, present situation and existing problems of performance appraisal in independent colleges in China, this paper probes into the basic contents of the construction of performance appraisal system for teachers in independent colleges. Through the in-depth investigation and analysis of the performance appraisal practice of WKD City College, this paper puts forward the main problems existing in the performance appraisal process of WKD City College and analyzes the reasons. Finally, taking PCA as the theoretical guide, the performance appraisal system of WKD City College is optimized, and the related data are tested by using the statistical software SPSS18. To establish a scientific and fair assessment index, to evaluate teachers' working ability and level through strict and fair assessment standards, to create a new method of teacher performance evaluation in independent colleges, to strengthen the control of teachers' behavior, to effectively improve the evaluation system of teachers' work performance in independent colleges, to improve the teaching quality of independent colleges, and to promote the enthusiasm of teachers in independent colleges to train high-quality talents. It is of positive practical significance to promote the development of independent college education and open up a new prospect for independent college performance appraisal.
