論大學(xué)文化的思想政治教育功能及其實現(xiàn)途徑

【摘要】:黨的十八大提出要“扎實推進社會主義文化強國建設(shè)”,這不僅為我國文化建設(shè)提供了強大的動力,而且為加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育提供了全新的視域。大學(xué)文化作為先進文化的重要推動力量,是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要載體,它與大學(xué)生思想政治教育有著內(nèi)在的緊密聯(lián)系。因此,加強大學(xué)文化建設(shè),尋找思想政治教育與大學(xué)文化的契合點,是當前大學(xué)生思想政治教育的首要任務(wù)和重要內(nèi)容。本文具體分析了大學(xué)文化的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)和特征,以大學(xué)文化是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要載體為出發(fā)點,探討了大學(xué)文化與思想政治教育之間的關(guān)系,并深入探討了大學(xué)文化所具有的思想政治教育功能及其實現(xiàn)途徑。本研究是將大學(xué)文化建設(shè)作為抓手,來推進大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,增強大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實效性和針對性,從而實現(xiàn)文化育人的目的。 論文由導(dǎo)論、正文和結(jié)語三大部分組成。 第一章導(dǎo)論,,內(nèi)容包括三個方面:選題背景及意義;國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀述評;研究思路、難點、方法及創(chuàng)新點。本章內(nèi)容旨在說明研究本題的出發(fā)點,并分析這一方面相關(guān)的研究進展情況,以及研究的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 正文部分從第二章開始到第五章。 第二章大學(xué)文化的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)和特征。這一部分首先闡述了大學(xué)文化的內(nèi)涵,解析了“大學(xué)文化”一詞的涵義。其次,重點分析了大學(xué)文化的結(jié)構(gòu)和特征,都分別從四個方面進行了論述。本章內(nèi)容對“大學(xué)文化”這個概念有了更加準確和全面的認識。 第三章大學(xué)文化與思想政治教育關(guān)系。首先,這一部分論述了大學(xué)文化是思想政治教育的重要載體。其次,論述了思想政治教育是大學(xué)文化的行動指南。最后,論述了大學(xué)文化與思想政治教育之間的一致性與差異性。本章為大學(xué)文化與思想政治教育能形成育人合力,提供了堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第四章大學(xué)文化的思想政治教育功能。本章是全文的重要內(nèi)容,承接上一章節(jié)論述的二者關(guān)系,又深入系統(tǒng)地探討了大學(xué)文化的思想政治教育五大功能。一是大學(xué)文化的熏陶塑造功能;二是大學(xué)文化的示范引導(dǎo)功能;三是大學(xué)文化的凝聚激勵功能;四是大學(xué)文化的傳播輻射功能;五是大學(xué)文化的約束規(guī)范功能。 第五章大學(xué)文化的思想政治教育功能的實現(xiàn)途徑。本章是全文的核心內(nèi)容。通過從大學(xué)文化結(jié)構(gòu)角度出發(fā),分別從大學(xué)精神文化、大學(xué)環(huán)境文化、大學(xué)行為文化和大學(xué)制度文化這四個方面,探索出四條有效的育人途徑。其一,凝練大學(xué)精神文化,發(fā)揮精神育人功能。其二,優(yōu)化大學(xué)環(huán)境文化,發(fā)揮環(huán)境育人功能。其三,建設(shè)大學(xué)行為文化,發(fā)揮服務(wù)育人功能。其四,完善大學(xué)制度文化,發(fā)揮管理育人功能。 文章最后為結(jié)語?偨Y(jié)全文認為:大學(xué)文化建設(shè)是充分發(fā)揮其思想政治教育功能的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed to "promote the building of a socialist cultural power in a down-to-earth manner", which not only provided a strong driving force for the cultural construction of our country, but also provided a new perspective for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students. As an important driving force of advanced culture, university culture is an important carrier of college students' ideological and political education, which is closely related to college students' ideological and political education. Therefore, it is the primary task and important content of college students' ideological and political education to strengthen the construction of university culture and find the connection between ideological and political education and university culture. This paper analyzes the connotation, structure and characteristics of university culture, takes university culture as an important carrier of college students' ideological and political education as the starting point, probes into the relationship between university culture and ideological and political education, and probes into the function and realization of university culture in ideological and political education. This study focuses on the construction of university culture to promote the ideological and political education of college students and enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education of college students, so as to achieve the purpose of cultural education. The thesis consists of three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion. The first chapter is an introduction, which includes three aspects: the background and significance of the selected topic; the review of research status at home and abroad; research ideas, difficulties, methods and innovations. The purpose of this chapter is to explain the starting point of the study, and to analyze the related research progress, as well as the theoretical value and practical significance of the study. The main body starts from the second chapter to the fifth chapter. The second chapter is the connotation, structure and characteristics of university culture. This part first expounds the connotation of university culture and analyzes the meaning of the word "university culture". Secondly, it focuses on the structure and characteristics of university culture, which are discussed from four aspects. This chapter has a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the concept of "university culture". The third chapter is the relationship between university culture and ideological and political education. First of all, this part discusses that university culture is an important carrier of ideological and political education. Secondly, it discusses that ideological and political education is the action guide of university culture. Finally, it discusses the consistency and difference between university culture and ideological and political education. This chapter provides a solid theoretical basis for university culture and ideological and political education to form a joint force to educate people. The fourth chapter is the function of ideological and political education of university culture. This chapter is an important part of the full text, following the relationship between the two discussed in the previous chapter, and deeply and systematically discusses the five functions of ideological and political education of university culture. The first is the edification and shaping function of university culture; the other is the demonstration and guidance function of university culture; the third is the cohesion and incentive function of university culture; the fourth is the radiation function of university culture; the fifth is the restriction and normative function of university culture. The fifth chapter is the way to realize the ideological and political education function of university culture. This chapter is the core content of the full text. From the point of view of university cultural structure, this paper explores four effective ways to educate people from four aspects: University spiritual culture, university environmental culture, university behavior culture and university system culture. First, condensed the university spiritual culture, give full play to the function of spiritual education. Second, optimize the university environmental culture, give full play to the function of environmental education. Third, the construction of university behavior culture, give full play to the function of service and education. Fourth, improve the university system culture, give full play to the function of management and education. At the end of the article is the conclusion. This paper concludes that the construction of university culture is an effective way to give full play to its ideological and political education function.
