【摘要】：當(dāng)前社會(huì)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步給人們的工作生活帶來便捷，人們的閑暇時(shí)間相對增多，如何有意義地渡過閑暇時(shí)間成為人們生活品質(zhì)及人生價(jià)值高低的重要標(biāo)尺。高校作為培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的場所，不可忽視學(xué)生閑暇時(shí)間的積極有效的利用，閑暇教育理應(yīng)得到特別關(guān)注。 我國高校學(xué)生在專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)之余擁有較為充裕的閑暇時(shí)間，閑暇生活是大學(xué)時(shí)期不可缺少的重要組成部分。高校學(xué)生閑暇生活的質(zhì)量直接影響到其自身綜合素質(zhì)的發(fā)展，從而關(guān)系到其個(gè)人及社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)，最終與社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展相關(guān)。隨著高校課程與教學(xué)改革的推進(jìn)，學(xué)生的閑暇生活已受到了較以往更多的關(guān)注，而與此相關(guān)的閑暇教育自然也進(jìn)入了高校教育工作者的視野�？梢哉f，關(guān)注高校學(xué)生的閑暇教育不僅是其個(gè)人素質(zhì)發(fā)展的需要，，也是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的有效推力。這其中，高校女生的閑暇生活及閑暇教育尤為值得關(guān)注。因?yàn)榕缘木C合素質(zhì)高低不僅關(guān)乎到其在職業(yè)生涯中的自身價(jià)值及社會(huì)意義的實(shí)現(xiàn)，而且作為未來的母親，高校女生的閑暇教育還關(guān)系到家庭生活的幸福美滿乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧安康。但是，我國高校學(xué)生尤其是高校女生的閑暇生活質(zhì)量整體不高，高校閑暇教育相對缺乏。因此，有必要把高校學(xué)生的閑暇教育納入高等教育視野，通過閑暇教育，促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升及個(gè)性化發(fā)展。本研究將綜合社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)和教育學(xué)的視角來對高校女生閑暇教育在其成長過程中的重要性進(jìn)行探討。 本研究綜述了閑暇教育相關(guān)理論的國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)，介紹了他國閑暇教育的概況及給我國閑暇教育發(fā)展帶來的啟示，在此基礎(chǔ)上對我國高校女生的閑暇生活狀況及其積極和消極影響進(jìn)行了分析。針對高校女生閑暇教育中出現(xiàn)的各種問題，本研究進(jìn)行了歸因并提出了改善高校女生閑暇教育的對策思考，具體包括推進(jìn)高校女生閑暇教育的基本原則、保障條件、根本途徑及具體舉措等。
[Abstract]:The development and progress of the present society bring convenience to people's work life, and people's leisure time is relatively increased, and how to spend the leisure time in a meaningful way is an important scale for people's quality of life and the value of life. As a place to train high-quality talents, colleges and universities should not neglect the active and effective use of the students' leisure time, and the leisure education should be paid special attention. The college students in our country have abundant leisure time in the course of professional study, and leisure life is an important component that is indispensable in the time of the university The quality of the college students' leisure life directly affects the development of its own comprehensive quality, so it is related to the realization of its individual and social value, and finally to the progress and the development of the society With the advancement of the curriculum and teaching reform of the university, the leisure life of the students has been more and more attention, and the leisure education related to it has also entered the view of the university educators To pay attention to the leisure education of the college students is not only the need of the development of the individual's quality, but also the effective push of the social progress. In this case, the leisure life and leisure education of the girls in the university are especially important. Because the comprehensive quality of the female is not only related to the realization of its own value and social significance in the career, but also as the mother of the future, the leisure education of the girls in the university is also related to the happiness of the family life and the harmony of the whole society However, the quality of the leisure life of the college students, especially the college students, is not high, and the leisure education in colleges and universities is relatively short. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate the leisure education of the college students into the visual field of higher education, and to promote the comprehensive quality of the students and the individuation of the students through leisure education. This study will combine the perspective of sociology, psychology and pedagogy to explore the importance of the leisure education of female students in the course of their growth This paper reviews the relevant theories of leisure education at home and abroad, and introduces the general situation of leisure education in other countries and its enlightenment to the development of leisure education in our country. This paper analyzes the problems in the leisure education of female students, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the leisure education of the girls in the university, including the basic principle, the guarantee condition, the basic way and the concrete of promoting the college girl's leisure education.
