【摘要】：廣西大學(xué)首任校長(zhǎng)馬君武博士是中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代史上著名的教育家,在創(chuàng)辦廣西大學(xué)后,馬先生通過(guò)人文關(guān)懷吸引人才、穩(wěn)定人才和凝聚人才的學(xué)校師資建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)當(dāng)今高校師資建設(shè)具有借鑒作用。本文以馬君武博士創(chuàng)辦廣西大學(xué)的師資建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為分析理路,試從人文關(guān)懷理念的視角探討當(dāng)前高校師資建設(shè)的新路徑。
[Abstract]:Dr. Ma Junwu, the first president of Guangxi University, is a famous educator in the modern history of China. After the establishment of Guangxi University, Mr. Ma's experience in attracting, stabilizing and condensing talents through humanistic care can be used for reference in the construction of teachers in colleges and universities. Based on the experience of teacher construction in Guangxi University founded by Dr. Ma Junwu, this paper tries to explore the new path of teacher construction in colleges and universities from the perspective of humanistic care.
