【摘要】：通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,了解福建某高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校1 141名醫(yī)學(xué)生的職業(yè)能力及其影響因素。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力總體情況處于中等水平(2.85±0.45);在引入的9個(gè)自變量中,醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)專業(yè)的了解程度對(duì)其職業(yè)能力的影響最大,其次是學(xué)習(xí)和生活的適應(yīng)情況以及對(duì)未來(lái)職業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)情況。醫(yī)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)要堅(jiān)持理論灌輸與實(shí)踐操作相結(jié)合;要堅(jiān)持因材施教與分類指導(dǎo)相結(jié)合;要堅(jiān)持尊重教學(xué)規(guī)律與創(chuàng)新方法相結(jié)合,積極推進(jìn)以職業(yè)能力為導(dǎo)向的評(píng)價(jià)方式。
[Abstract]:Through empirical study, the vocational ability and its influencing factors of 1141 medical students in a medical college in Fujian Province were investigated. It is found that the overall situation of vocational ability of medical students is at the middle level (2.85 鹵0.45). Among the nine independent variables introduced, the degree of understanding of the major they have learned has the greatest influence on their vocational ability, followed by the adaptation of study and life and the understanding of the future occupation. The training of medical students' vocational ability should adhere to the combination of theoretical indoctrination and practical operation, the combination of teaching according to their aptitude and classified guidance, the combination of respecting teaching laws and innovative methods, and actively promoting the evaluation mode guided by professional ability.
