【摘要】：高校與企業(yè)、科研院所協(xié)同創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)取得積極成效,但仍存在一些問題。今后要從堅持"扶強扶優(yōu)"與"扶弱扶需"相結(jié)合原則,引導(dǎo)地方高校踴躍參與省級層面的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新;建立形式多樣且功能齊備的高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺;將服務(wù)"國家急需、世界一流"目標(biāo)與滿足區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展目標(biāo)相結(jié)合,分層次構(gòu)建區(qū)域高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新服務(wù)體系;構(gòu)建多元化的高校與企業(yè)、科研院所的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式;以體制機制創(chuàng)新為根本保障,實現(xiàn)高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新外部需求和內(nèi)生動力之間的協(xié)調(diào)與平衡等方面來推動高校與企業(yè)、科研院所的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Cooperative innovation between colleges and enterprises and scientific research institutes has achieved positive results, but there are still some problems. In the future, it is necessary to guide local colleges and universities to actively participate in the collaborative innovation at the provincial level by adhering to the principle of "helping the strong and helping the excellent" and "helping the weak and supporting the needs"; to establish a collaborative innovation platform for colleges and universities with various forms and functions; to combine the goal of serving "national urgent need, world-class" with meeting the goal of regional economic and social development, and to construct the cooperative innovation service system of regional colleges and universities at different levels. To construct a diversified cooperative innovation model between colleges and enterprises and scientific research institutes, and to realize the coordination and balance between the external demand and the internal motive force of cooperative innovation in colleges and universities, taking the innovation of system mechanism as the fundamental guarantee, to promote the collaborative innovation between colleges and universities and enterprises and scientific research institutes.
