【摘要】：大學是科學數(shù)據(jù)的主要產(chǎn)生和利用機構(gòu),其對科學數(shù)據(jù)管理的有效性日益重要,而我國高校在這一方面缺乏成熟的實踐指導。通過對牛津大學的科學數(shù)據(jù)管理實踐的案例研究,從實踐背景、規(guī)劃、職責分工等方面剖析牛津大學的科學數(shù)據(jù)管理發(fā)展歷程,發(fā)現(xiàn)該項目的寶貴經(jīng)驗,包括目標需求定位準確、數(shù)據(jù)生命周期管理、全面整合資源服務、完善專業(yè)培訓體系、數(shù)據(jù)管理服務評價等,以期對我國高校科學數(shù)據(jù)管理的研究與實踐提供有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:University is the main generation and utilization organization of scientific data, and its effectiveness to scientific data management is becoming more and more important, but colleges and universities in our country lack mature practical guidance in this respect. Through the case study of the practice of scientific data management in Oxford University, this paper analyzes the development process of scientific data management in Oxford University from the aspects of practical background, planning and division of duties, and finds out the valuable experience of the project, including accurate target demand positioning, data life cycle management, comprehensive integration of resource services, improvement of professional training system, evaluation of data management services, etc. In order to provide useful enlightenment to the research and practice of scientific data management in colleges and universities in China.
