【摘要】：針對(duì)心律失常及其心電圖理論教學(xué)中遇到的教與學(xué)兩難問題,嘗試將臨床心臟三維電生理標(biāo)測(cè)圖應(yīng)用于心律失常及其心電圖理論教學(xué)中。通過建立清晰的心電時(shí)空觀,來解釋正常及部分異常心律形成及傳導(dǎo)障礙的內(nèi)在機(jī)制,同時(shí)結(jié)合心電圖產(chǎn)生基本機(jī)理,去認(rèn)識(shí)和理解各種心律失常心電圖。該方法可直觀、形象地闡述心律失常產(chǎn)生機(jī)制,幫助學(xué)生形成良好的電—傳導(dǎo)時(shí)空思維模式,并在理解機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上使學(xué)生迅速具備心律失常心電圖的分析能力和閱圖能力。應(yīng)用三維電生理標(biāo)測(cè)圖是一種有效的輔助心律失常及其心電圖理論教學(xué)方法,具有直觀易懂的教學(xué)效果,值得在教學(xué)中推廣。
[Abstract]:In view of the teaching and learning dilemmas encountered in the teaching of arrhythmia and its electrocardiogram theory, this paper tries to apply the three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping of clinical heart to the teaching of arrhythmia and its electrocardiogram theory. Through the establishment of a clear view of ECG time and space, to explain the normal and some abnormal rhythm and conduction disorder of the internal mechanism, and combined with the basic mechanism of ECG generation, to understand and understand all kinds of arrhythmia electrocardiogram. This method can intuitively and vividly explain the mechanism of arrhythmia, help students to form a good electric-conduction space-time thinking mode, and make students have the ability of analyzing and reading cardiogram quickly on the basis of understanding the mechanism. The application of three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping is an effective teaching method to assist tachyarrhythmia and its electrocardiogram theory, which has intuitionistic and easy to understand teaching effect and is worth popularizing in teaching.
