高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育功能研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅猛發(fā)展,產(chǎn)生了一種新的文化形態(tài)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化。與此相適應(yīng),在大學(xué)校園內(nèi)也形成了新興的高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化。以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為載體的高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化具有兩重性:一方面使大學(xué)生的思考方式與價(jià)值觀發(fā)生了深刻的變化,為高校德育發(fā)展提供了新的機(jī)遇;另一方面網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化固有的消極特點(diǎn)如信息泛濫、網(wǎng)癮等,不僅對(duì)大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng),甚至對(duì)高校德育的順利推行和社會(huì)和諧帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)。高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化融合了校園與網(wǎng)絡(luò)兩種屬性,是高校德育的重要陣地。為了使大學(xué)生能夠更好地成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展,就要實(shí)現(xiàn)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化與思想政治教育有機(jī)結(jié)合,認(rèn)真總結(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化環(huán)境下大學(xué)生的需求特點(diǎn),深入探索高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育功能,唱響網(wǎng)上思想政治教育的主旋律。 高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化是一個(gè)有機(jī)整體,對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育功能應(yīng)該給予高度重視。本文從解讀高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育功能入手,概括分析了影響高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育功能發(fā)揮的主要問題,提出了優(yōu)化高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育功能的主要策略,以期對(duì)增強(qiáng)高校德育工作的實(shí)效性提供借鑒。本文從四個(gè)部分進(jìn)行探索。 第一部分是網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化概述。主要闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的概念;高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化形成與發(fā)展;高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的結(jié)構(gòu)和特征。通過這些問題的論述為探索高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育功能奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分概括高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育功能的主要表現(xiàn)。在第一部分內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育功能進(jìn)行了深入分析。筆者認(rèn)為,高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化有利于高校德育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn);有利于高校德育社會(huì)化的發(fā)展;高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化有利于高校德育模式的變遷;高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化有利于高校德育內(nèi)容的改進(jìn);高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化有利于高校德育效果的提升。 第三部分分析影響高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化發(fā)揮德育功能的主要問題及其原因。當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育功能的發(fā)揮受到各種不良因素的阻礙,主要表現(xiàn)為:一是高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育理念不明確;二是高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育主題不突出;三是高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育管理機(jī)制不健全;四是高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的德育隊(duì)伍不精良。存在這些問題的主要成因是傳統(tǒng)德育模式未能適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展新形勢(shì)及時(shí)改進(jìn);對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化背景下德育特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律缺乏深入研究;網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化自身的負(fù)面因素嚴(yán)重存在;高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為德育的平臺(tái)建設(shè)還不夠到位。 第四部分探討充分發(fā)揮高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育功能的主要對(duì)策。根據(jù)中共中央關(guān)于加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)和管理的政策指導(dǎo),針對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化對(duì)于高校德育的有益功能進(jìn)行可行性的分析,提出了增強(qiáng)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化有益德育功能的具體措施:第一,健全高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育的工作機(jī)制;第二,提高高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育隊(duì)伍的整體素質(zhì);第三,創(chuàng)新高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育的方式;第四,優(yōu)化高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化德育的資源環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, a new cultural form, network culture, has emerged. In line with this, a new network culture of colleges and universities has also been formed in the university campus. The network culture of colleges and universities with the Internet as the carrier has duality: on the one hand, the way of thinking and values of college students have undergone profound changes, which provides a new opportunity for the development of moral education in colleges and universities; On the other hand, the inherent negative characteristics of network culture, such as information flooding, Internet addiction and so on, not only bring new challenges to the growth of college students, but also to the smooth implementation of moral education and social harmony in colleges and universities. The network culture of colleges and universities combines the two attributes of campus and network, and it is an important position of moral education in colleges and universities. In order to make college students grow and develop better, it is necessary to realize the organic combination of network culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, conscientiously summarize the needs and characteristics of college students under the environment of network culture, and deeply explore the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities. Sing the main theme of ideological and political education on the Internet. The network culture of colleges and universities is an organic whole, and the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities should be attached great importance to. Starting with the interpretation of the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities, this paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems affecting the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities, and puts forward some main strategies for optimizing the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities. In order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities to provide reference. This paper explores from four parts. The first part is an overview of network culture. This paper mainly expounds the concept of network culture, the concept of network culture in colleges and universities, the formation and development of network culture in colleges and universities, and the structure and characteristics of network culture in colleges and universities. Through the discussion of these problems, it lays the foundation for exploring the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities. On the basis of the first part, this paper analyzes the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities. The author believes that the network culture of colleges and universities is beneficial to the realization of the goal of moral education in colleges and universities, to the development of socialization of moral education in colleges and universities, to the change of moral education mode in colleges and universities, and to the improvement of moral education content in colleges and universities. The network culture of colleges and universities is beneficial to the improvement of moral education effect in colleges and universities. The third part analyzes the main problems and reasons that affect the network culture of colleges and universities to play the role of moral education. At present, the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities in our country is hindered by various bad factors, which are as follows: first, the moral education concept of network culture in colleges and universities is not clear, the other is that the moral education theme of network culture in colleges and universities is not prominent; Third, the moral education management mechanism of network culture in colleges and universities is not perfect; fourth, the moral education team of network culture in colleges and universities is not excellent. The main causes of these problems are that the traditional moral education model has failed to adapt to the new situation of network development and improved in time; there is a lack of in-depth study on the characteristics and laws of moral education under the background of network culture; and the negative factors of network culture itself exist seriously. The network of colleges and universities as the platform of moral education is not in place. The fourth part discusses the main countermeasures to give full play to the moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities. According to the policy guidance of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the construction and management of network culture, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the beneficial function of network culture in colleges and universities for moral education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen the beneficial moral education function of network culture in colleges and universities: first, perfect the working mechanism of network culture moral education in colleges and universities; Second, improve the overall quality of network culture moral education team in colleges and universities; third, innovate the way of network culture moral education in colleges and universities; fourth, optimize the resources and environment of network culture moral education in colleges and universities.
