【摘要】：社會(huì)體育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具有社會(huì)體育的基本理論、知識(shí)與技能,能在社會(huì)體育領(lǐng)域中從事群眾性體育活動(dòng)的組織管理、咨詢指導(dǎo)、經(jīng)營(yíng)開發(fā)以及教學(xué)科研等方面工作的高級(jí)專門人才社會(huì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)期望就是社會(huì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生在特定的社會(huì)背景下,根據(jù)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)供求關(guān)系的變化,結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際情況,個(gè)體對(duì)待職業(yè)的一種態(tài)度和信念�，F(xiàn)如今,就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈。因此,研究和了解當(dāng)代社會(huì)體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生就業(yè)期望的發(fā)展變化情況,明確其影響因素,對(duì)該專業(yè)學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作提供理論依據(jù)。本研究以武漢地區(qū)社會(huì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生為例,探討社會(huì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)期望的問題。在理性思維的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)社會(huì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)的理論構(gòu)想,然后參照國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果以及有關(guān)專家的意見和導(dǎo)師的建議,自行編制科調(diào)查問卷。采用隨機(jī)取樣的方法抽取了武漢體育學(xué)院、湖北大學(xué)、江漢大學(xué)、中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)四所學(xué)校大三和大四的學(xué)生為被試,構(gòu)成了本研究的正式樣本。通過對(duì)他們問卷調(diào)查了解在武漢地區(qū)社會(huì)體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生就業(yè)期望和存在問題的現(xiàn)狀,從而為社會(huì)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)更好的發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of social sports specialty has the basic theory, knowledge and skills of social sports, and can engage in the organization, management, consultation and guidance of mass sports activities in the field of social sports. The employment expectation of the students majoring in social sports, who work in the fields of management, development, teaching and scientific research, is that the students majoring in social sports have changed the relationship between supply and demand in the job market under the specific social background. Combined with their own actual situation, an individual attitude and belief towards occupation. Nowadays, the competition for employment is fierce. Therefore, this paper studies and understands the development and change of employment expectation of college students majoring in contemporary social sports, clarifies its influencing factors, and provides theoretical basis for the employment guidance of students majoring in sports. Taking the students majoring in social sports in Wuhan as an example, this study discusses the employment expectations of students majoring in social sports. On the basis of rational thinking, according to the theoretical conception of employment of students majoring in social sports, and then referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad, as well as the opinions of relevant experts and the suggestions of mentors, a questionnaire is compiled. The junior and senior students of Wuhan Institute of physical Education, Hubei University, Jianghan University and China University of Geosciences were selected as subjects by random sampling, and the formal samples of this study were formed. Through the questionnaire survey to understand the employment expectations and existing problems of college students majoring in social sports in Wuhan, so as to provide scientific basis for the better development of employment guidance for students majoring in social sports.
