【摘要】：研究采用問卷調(diào)查的方式,以西南大學(xué)2007級免費(fèi)師范生為調(diào)查對象,分析了免費(fèi)師范生對師范生免費(fèi)教育政策的認(rèn)知狀況。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,免費(fèi)師范生對師范生免費(fèi)教育政策持"基本認(rèn)可"和"基本滿意"的態(tài)度。調(diào)查同樣發(fā)現(xiàn),免費(fèi)師范生的報(bào)考動機(jī)有功利化的傾向;免費(fèi)師范生對政策的了解程度較低,存在認(rèn)知誤區(qū);免費(fèi)師范生對于政策所代表的公共意志與自身個體發(fā)展之間的沖突存在著顧慮。鑒于此,師范生免費(fèi)教育政策的進(jìn)一步調(diào)整應(yīng)在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展和終身教育理念的宏觀指導(dǎo)下,立足于免費(fèi)師范生的個人成長和教育事業(yè)的整體發(fā)展進(jìn)行長期規(guī)劃,以平衡公共意志和師范生個人的利益訴求。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the cognition of free normal students to the free education policy of normal students in Southwest University, taking the 2007 grade free normal students of Southwest University as the subjects of the survey, and analyzes the cognition of the free normal students to the free education policy of the normal students. The results show that the free normal students have the attitude of "basic approval" and "basic satisfaction" towards the policy of free education for normal students. The survey also found that the motivation of free normal school students has a utilitarian tendency, and free normal students have a low understanding of the policy and there are cognitive misunderstandings. Free normal students have concerns about the conflict between the public will represented by the policy and their own individual development. In view of this, the further adjustment of the policy of free education for normal students should be based on the personal growth of free normal students and the overall development of education under the macro guidance of teachers' professional development and lifelong education. In order to balance the public will and the individual interests of normal students.
