【摘要】：高校實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍是教學(xué)、科研的重要支撐和保障。目前實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍存在地位低,薪資待遇差,評(píng)聘、考核制度不健全的現(xiàn)狀,這些嚴(yán)重影響了實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展,進(jìn)而影響高校整體的教學(xué)與科研。面對(duì)這些問題,有針對(duì)性地提出以下舉措來改善這種狀況:加強(qiáng)管理,扭轉(zhuǎn)觀念;采取多種手段提高實(shí)驗(yàn)人員待遇;制定符合實(shí)驗(yàn)室特點(diǎn)的評(píng)聘、考核體系與激勵(lì)機(jī)制。通過逐步落實(shí)這些舉措,促進(jìn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The experimental team of colleges and universities is the important support and guarantee of teaching and scientific research. At present, the status of the experimental team is low, the salary is poor, the evaluation and the evaluation system is not perfect, which seriously affects the stability and development of the experimental team, and then affects the teaching and scientific research of the university as a whole. In the face of these problems, the following measures are put forward to improve the situation: strengthening management and changing ideas; adopting various means to improve the treatment of laboratory personnel; making evaluation, assessment system and incentive mechanism in accordance with the characteristics of the laboratory. Through the step-by-step implementation of these measures, the steady development of the experimental team has been promoted.
